Projekt stanowiący przedmiot niniejszej dokumentacji zakłada modernizację istniejącego budynku byłego przedszkola samorządowego, i zaadaptowanie go na Miejski Ośrodek Pomocy Społecznej, w celu nadania nowej funkcji społecznej. Budynek objęty projektem zlokalizowany jest na działkach nr 244,245, obręb Bisztynek 1, przy ul. Pl. Wolności 3 i 5. Z uwagi na fakt, iż budynek objęty jest ochroną przez wpis do Gminnej Ewidencji Zabytków Gminy Bisztynek, a teren zagospodarowania został ujęty w MPZP, jako 13UO- strefa ochrony konserwatorskiej „B” wszystkie prace muszą być zgodne z przepisami odnoszącymi się do prac architektoniczno- konserwatorskim. W zakres rzeczowy projektu wchodzą następujące działania: - prace przygotowawcze, mające na celu opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej wraz ze studium wykonalności -roboty budowlane,w ramach których przewidziane jest wyburzenie jednego z budynków gospodarczych,wyburzenie łącznika i postawienie w jego miejsce dwukondygnacyjnej bryły, instalacja gazowa, prace elewacyjne, wraz zagospodarowaniem terenu wokół budynku. Obiekt będzie dostosowany do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami. -nadzór budowlany -wyposażenie pomieszczeń w niezbędne sprzęty -promocja. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia określone w SzOOP RPO WiM dla Działania 8.1 Rewitalizacja obszarów miejskich oraz realizuje wskazany cel jakim jest lepsza jakość życia społeczności zamieszkujących obszary problemowe. Dzięki planowanym działaniom, inwestycja przyczyni się do zrealizowania celu działania. Miejski Ośrodek Pomocy Społecznej, dzięki rozwinięciu infrastruktury przestrzennej,będzie mógł wprowadzić do swojej oferty skierowanej do osób potrzebujących, wsparcie w postaci poradnictwa, co skłoni mieszkańców Gminy do podejmowania większej aktywności. Rozwiązania wprowadzone w ramach realizacji przedsięwzięcia przyczynią się do poprawy sytuacji wszystkich zainteresowanych grup interesariuszy. (Polish)

The project, which is the subject of this documentation, aims to modernise the existing building of the former self-government nursery school and adapt it to the Municipal Social Welfare Centre, in order to give a new social function. The building covered by the project is located on plots no. 244,245, Bisztynek 1, at ul. PL Freedoms 3 and 5. Due to the fact that the building is protected by entry in the Municipal Register of Monuments of the Municipality of Bisztynek, and the development area has been included in the MPZP, as the 13UO- zone of conservation protection “B” all works must comply with the provisions relating to architectural and conservation works. The project’s material scope includes the following activities: — preparatory works aimed at developing project documentation together with a feasibility study – construction works, which include demolition of one of the farm buildings, demolition of the connector and placing in its place a two-storey solid, gas installation, facade works, along with the development of the area around the building. The facility will be adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. —building supervision -equipment of premises with necessary equipment -promotion. The project fits into the assumptions set out in the SzOOP RPO WiM for Action 8.1 Urban Regeneration and fulfils the stated goal of better quality of life of communities living in problem areas. Thanks to the planned measures, the investment will contribute to the achievement of the objective of the action. The Municipal Social Welfare Centre, thanks to the development of spatial infrastructure, will be able to introduce support in the form of counselling to its offer addressed to those in need, which will encourage the residents of the community to become more active. The solutions introduced in the implementation of the project will help to improve the situation of all stakeholder groups concerned. (English)
