Przedmiotowy projekt zakłada adaptację wnętrza budynku Bramy Lidzbarskiej na cele społeczno-kulturalne oraz zagospodarowanie otoczenia Bramy Lidzbarskiej w powiązaniu z historią i tradycją miasta Bisztynek, przy spełnieniu wszystkich przepisów Prawa budowlanego dla tego typu obiektów i z zachowaniem wskazań konserwatorskich. Projekt realizowany będzie w Bisztynku na działkach o numerach ewidencyjnych 38/3, 38/4 oraz części działki nr 39/1. Teren przeznaczony pod inwestycję jest własnością Inwestora – Gminy Bisztynek. Dotyczy modernizacji obiektu Bramy Lidzbarskiej, który został wpisany do rejestru zabytków pod pozycją: 519 (B/82) z 12.10.1957. Brama Lidzbarska jest jedyną zachowaną bramą z niegdyś istniejących trzech bram miejskich w Bisztynku. Wybudowana została w latach 1481-1547. Obecny stan zabytku wymaga pilnej interwencji i działań remontowo-modernizacyjnych. Zakres robót budowlanych można podzielić na dwa zadania: 1) remont wnętrza budynku Bramy Lidzbarskiej, które zostaną zaadaptowane na Młodzieżowy Klub Integracji Społecznej. 2) zagospodarowanie otoczenia Bramy Lidzbarskiej. Zaplanowane działania przez Wnioskodawcę mają zakończyć się do 31 lipca 2019 roku. Zgodnie z zapisami SzOOP RPO WiM Oś 8 projekt spełnia wymogi formalne i pozostałe kryteria wyboru projektów. Proj. wpisuje się także w oczekiwane w ramach RPO WiM 2014-2020 efekty, które można wyrazić wskaźnikami produktu i rezultatu, zgodnymi z SzOOP Dział. 8.1 Rewitalizacja obszarów miejskich (Schemat B), osi prioryt.8 Obszary wymagające rewitalizacji Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego Województwa Warmińsko-Mazurskiego na lata 2014-2020: Wskaźniki produktu: - Liczba wspartych obiektów infrastruktury zlokalizowanych na rewitalizowanych obszarach; - Powierzchnia obszarów objętych rewitalizacją. Wskaźniki rezultatu: -Liczba osób korzystających ze zrewitalizowanych budynków publicznych lub komercyjnych na obszarach miejskich; -Liczba nowo utworzonych miejsc pracy – pozostałe formy. (Polish)

This project involves adapting the interior of the Lidzbar Gate for socio-cultural purposes and the development of the surroundings of the Lidzbar Gate in connection with the history and tradition of the city of Bisztynek, complying with all the provisions of the Construction Law for such buildings and maintaining conservation guidelines. The project will be implemented in Bisztynk on plots with registration numbers 38/3, 38/4 and part of plot No 39/1. The area for the investment is owned by the Investor – the municipality of Bisztynek. It concerns the modernisation of the Lidzbar Gate, which has been entered in the register of monuments under the heading: 519 (B/82) of 12.10.1957. The Lidzbar Gate is the only surviving gate of the former three city gates in Bishtynk. It was built between 1481 and 1547. The current state of the monument requires urgent intervention and modernisation efforts. The scope of the works can be divided into two tasks: 1) renovation of the interior of the Lidzbar Gate building, which will be adapted to the Youth Club of Social Integration. 2) the development of the surroundings of the Lidsbar Gate. The actions planned by the Applicant are to be completed by 31 July 2019. According to the provisions of the SzOOP RPO WiM Axis 8, the project meets the formal requirements and other criteria for selecting projects. The project is also part of the expected effects of the WiM 2014-2020 RPO, which can be expressed by product and result indicators in accordance with the SzOOP Department. 8.1 Urban revitalisation (Schemat B), priority axis 8 Areas requiring revitalisation of the Regional Operational Programme of Warmia-Mazury Voivodship for the years 2014-2020: Output indicators: — Number of infrastructure facilities supported in revitalised areas; — Areas covered by revitalisation. Result indicators: —Number of persons using revitalised public or commercial buildings in urban areas; —Number of newly created jobs – other forms. (English)
