Przedmiotem projektu jest zwiększenie aktywizacji społeczno - zawodowej mieszkańców Lidzbarka Warmińskiego poprzez utworzenie Ośrodka Aktywizacji Zawodowej. Wiąże się to z przystosowaniem dwóch obiektów mieszczących się w centrum miasta przy ulicy Konstytucji 3-go Maja 14A i 16A, oraz modernizacją wewnętrznej drogi dojazdowej do Ośrodka Aktywizacji Zawodowej. Wykonanie owych prac pozwoli na osiągnięcie takich celów jak: stworzenie warunków dla prowadzenia procesu rewitalizacji, a co za tym idzie wzmocnienie lokalnej gospodarki, poprawa jakości warunków życia mieszkańców czy kształtowanie pozytywnego wizerunku miasta. Realizacja całego projektu poprawi warunki rozwoju edukacji, nauki i kultury, bowiem zakłada dostosowanie obiektu i jego wyposażenia do nowoczesnych standardów oraz ma na celu rewitalizację obiektu związanego z tymi dziedzinami nauki. Projekt swoimi działaniami wpisuje się w założenia SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020 dział.2, Oś 8 Obszary wymagające rewitalizacji, priorytet inwestycyjny 9b: Wspieranie rewitalizacji fizycznej, gospodarczej i społecznej ubogich społeczności na obszarach miejskich i wiejskich. The subject of the project is to increase the socio-professional activation of residents of Lidzbark Warminski through the creation of a Centre for Vocational Activation. This involves the adaptation of two buildings located in the centre of the city on the 3rd May 14A and 16A Constitution streets, as well as the modernisation of the internal access road to the Centre for Professional Activation. The implementation of these works will allow the achievement of such objectives as: creating conditions for revitalisation and thus strengthening the local economy, improving the quality of living conditions of residents and shaping a positive image of the city. Implementation of the entire project will improve the conditions for the development of education, science and culture, as it aims to adapt the object and its equipment to modern standards and aims to revitalise the object related to these fields of science. The project is in line with the assumptions of SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020 divisions.2, Axis 8 Areas requiring revitalisation, investment priority 9b: Supporting the physical, economic and social regeneration of poor communities in urban and rural areas.
