Projekt zakłada reintegrację społeczno-zawodową w Centrum Integracji Społecznej 64 osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub zagrożeniem społecznym z terenu Gminy Poraj w okresie 02.01.2011-31.12.2018 r. Zaplanowano realizację następujących działań: reintegrację społeczno-zawodowa w 4 pracowniach: artystycznej, budowlanej, stolarskiej oraz ogrodniczej. Reintegracja zawodowa przyczyni się do odbudowy i podtrzymana zdolności do samodzielnego świadczenia pracy na rynku pracy i będzie odbywać się poprzez zajęcia w pracowniach oraz kwalifikacyjne kursy zawodowe. Reintegracja społeczna przyczyni się do odbudowania i podtrzymania umiejętności uczestniczenia w życiu w społeczności lokalnej i pełnienia ról społecznych w miejscu pracy i życiu rodzinnym i będzie się odbywać poprzez m.in. zajęcia z komunikacji, budowania relacji, współdziałania w społeczności lokalnej. Dodatkowo zaplanowano spotkania edukacyjne, konsultacje z doradca, prawnikiem oraz aktywnym pośrednikiem. (Polish)

The project involves socio-occupational reintegration into the Centre for Social Integration of 64 people at risk of poverty or social risk from the municipality of Poraj in the period 02.01.2011-31.12.2018. The following actions are planned: socio-occupational reintegration in 4 workshops: artistic, construction, carpentry and gardening. Reintegration will contribute to the reconstruction and maintenance of the capacity to provide work independently on the labour market and will take place through workshops and vocational training courses. Social reintegration will contribute to rebuilding and maintaining the ability to participate in the local community and perform social roles in the workplace and family life and will take place through, inter alia, communication, relationship building, cooperation in the local community. In addition, educational meetings, consultations with counsellor, lawyer and active intermediary were planned. (English)
