Projekt pt.: „Aktywność przez integrację” skierowany jest łącznie do 20 osób zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym. Celem głównym projektu realizowanego w Bielsku – Białej pt.: „Aktywność przez integrację” jest wzrost poziomu aktywności społeczno – zawodowej 20 mieszkańców i mieszkanek miasta Bielsko – Biała, w tym 12 kobiet i 8 mężczyzn w okresie od 01.09.2019r. do 28.02.2021r. w oparciu o indywidualną ścieżkę reintegracji poprzedzoną diagnozą potrzeb osób objętych wsparciem oraz podjęcie zatrudnienia przez co najmniej 5 osób spośród w/w w okresie realizacji projektu i bezpośrednio po nim. W ramach niniejszego projektu zaplanowano kompleksowe działania na rzecz aktywnej integracji społecznej i zawodowej osób wykluczonych i zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym w oparciu o indywidualną ścieżkę reintegracji. Zakłada się, że udział w projekcie pozwoli UP nabyć nowe umiejętności oraz ich aktywnie włączyć w życie społeczne i zawodowe. (Polish)

Project titled: “Activities through integration” target a total of 20 people at risk of poverty and social exclusion. Main objective of the project carried out in Bielsko – Biała entitled: “Activity through integration” is an increase in the level of socio-occupational activity of 20 residents and residents of the city of Bielsko – Biała, including 12 women and 8 men between 01.09.2019 and 28.02.2021, based on an individual path of reintegration preceded by a diagnosis of the needs of the supported persons and taking up employment by at least 5 of the abovementioned people during and immediately thereafter. This project envisages comprehensive actions for the active social and occupational inclusion of people excluded and at risk of social exclusion, based on an individual path of reintegration. Participation in the project is assumed to allow UP to acquire new skills and to actively integrate them into social and professional life. (English)
