Uczestnikami projektu będzie 26 osób starszych w wieku 50 lat i więcej, zam. w rozumieniu Kodeksu cywilnego w subregionie ełckim (powiaty: ełcki, giżycki, gołdapski, olecki, piski, węgorzewski), bez zatrudnienia. Struktura gr docelowej: -14 kobiet, 12 mężczyzn -16 osób biernych zawodowo, 10 osób bezrobotnych niezarejestrowanych w PUP -co najmniej 15% UP to mieszkańcy miast średnich. Celem projektu jest wzrost potencjału zawodowego 26 osób (14K, 12M) w wieku 50 lat i więcej, pozostających bez zatrudnienia (bezrobotnych niezarejestrowanych w PUP oraz biernych zawodowo) zam. w subregionie ełckim, w drodze indywidualnej i kompleksowej aktywizacji zawodowej (szkolenia, staże, poradnictwo zawodowe, poradnictwo psychologiczne, pośrednictwo pracy) zdefiniowanej w oparciu o Indywidualny Plan Działania w terminie 1.1.2019-30.9.2019. Działania projektu: -identyfikacja potrzeb, diagnozowanie możliwości w zakresie doskonalenia zawodowego, identyfikacja stopnia oddalenia od rynku pracy, opracowanie Indywidualnego Planu Działania; -pośrednictwo pracy i/lub poradnictwo zawodowe; -poradnictwo psychologiczne; -szkolenia prowadzące do nabycia kompetencji i/lub uzyskania kwalifikacji; -staże. Wskaźniki projektu: Liczba osób pracujących, łącznie z prowadzącymi działalność na własny rachunek, po opuszczeniu programu - 12 Wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji ( w tym imigranci, reemigranci, osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej, kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami (do poziomu ISCED 3 )) – 42% Liczba osób, które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu - 12 Liczba osób bezrobotnych, w tym długotrwale bezrobotnych, objętych wsparciem w programie - 10 Liczba osób biernych zawodowo objętych wsparciem w programie - 16 Liczba osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej objętych wsparciem w programie – 26. The participants of the project will be 26 elderly people aged 50 years and over, as defined in the Civil Code in the Ełckie subregion (written by: Ełcki, Gyżycki, Gołdapski, olecki, squeaky, eelgorzewski), without employment. Structure of the target game: —14 women, 12 men -16 inactive persons, 10 unemployed persons not registered in the PUP – at least 15 % of UP are residents of medium-sized cities. The aim of the project is to increase the professional capacity of 26 people (14K, 12M) aged 50 and over, who remain unemployed (unemployed persons not registered in PUP and inactive) in the ełcki subregion, through individual and comprehensive professional activation (training, traineeships, vocational guidance, psychological counselling, job intermediation) defined on the basis of the Individual Action Plan of 1.1.2019-30.9.2019. Project activities: — identification of needs, diagnosis of opportunities in the field of professional improvement, identification of the degree of distance from the labour market, development of an Individual Action Plan; —work intermediation and/or career guidance; —psychological advice; —training leading to the acquisition of competence and/or qualification; —internship. Project indicators: Number of people working, including self-employed, after leaving the programme – 12 Indicator of employment for the most disadvantaged (including immigrants, immigrants, people aged 50 years and over, women, people with disabilities, long-term unemployed, low-skilled people (up to ISCED level 3)) – 42 % Number of people who have been qualified after leaving the scheme – 12 Number of people in the scheme – 16 more unemployed, including long-term unemployed (English)
