Celem głównym projektu „Kielecki Kreator Przedsiębiorczości”, realizowanego w okresie od 01.05.2017 do 30.04.2019, jest rozwój przedsiębiorczości oraz tworzenie miejsc pracy przez 144 os. (77K, 67M) z terenu Kieleckiego Obszaru Funkcjonalnego (KOF), powyżej 29 r.ż. nieposiadające zatrudnienia oraz odchodzące z rolnictwa, znajdujące się w szczególnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, w tym: kobiety, po 50 r.ż. z niepełnosprawnościami, długotrwale bezrobotne, niskowykwalifikowani; poprzez samozatrudnienie w sektorze mikroprzedsiębiorstw . Projekt zakłada udzielenie 144 dotacji na prowadzenie działalności gospodarczej oraz wsparcie pomostowe (finansowe i szkoleniowodoradcze) w pierwszych 12-tu miesiącach od rejestracji firmy. Udzielenie fin. wsparcia będzie poprzedzone wieloetapową rekrutacją, doradztwem zawodowym diagnozującym predyspozycje kandydatów do prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej, 30h szkoleniami i 6h doradztwem biznesowym, umożliwiającym nabycie wiedzy i umiejętności w zakresie przedsiębiorczości. Zaplanowane w projekcie działania będą zapewniały kompleksowe i indywidualne podejście do zdiagnozowanych potrzeb uczestników. Środki finansowe niezbędne do realizacji projektu wynoszą 8121719,10 zł, w tym wkład własny 250000,00 zł wnoszony w formie pieniężnej przez Partnera w formie dotacji dla 10 uczestników projektu. Rezultatem projektu będzie wzrost liczby nowopowstałych przedsiębiorstw, a co za tym idzie-miejsc pracy, wydłużenie wieku aktywności zawodowej osób po 50 r.ż. oraz przedsiębiorczości kobiet i os. niepełnosprawnych, co bezpośrednio przełoży się na zmniejszenie poziomu bezrobocia w obszarze realizacji projektu, tj. na terenie KOF. The main objective of the project “Kielecki Enterprise Wizard”, implemented in the period from 01.05.2017 to 30.04.2019, is to develop entrepreneurship and create jobs by 144 people. (77K, 67M) from the Kielce Functional Area (KOF), over 29 years without employment and leaving agriculture, which are in a special situation on the labour market, including: women, after 50 years of age with disabilities, long-term unemployed, low-skilled; by self-employment in the micro-enterprises sector. The project envisages granting 144 grants for conducting business activity and bridging support (financial and training and advisory services) in the first 12 months after the company’s registration. The provision of fin. support will be preceded by a multi-stage recruitment, professional advice diagnosing applicants’ predispositions for business activity, 30h training and 6h business advisory, enabling the acquisition of knowledge and skills in the field of entrepreneurship. The actions planned in the project will provide a comprehensive and individual approach to the diagnosed needs of participants. The financial resources necessary for the implementation of the project amount to PLN 8121719.10, including the own contribution of PLN 250000.00 in monetary form by the Partner in the form of grants to 10 participants of the project. The project will result in an increase in the number of newly created enterprises and thus jobs, prolonging the working age of people after 50 years, and entrepreneurship of women and people with disabilities, which will directly reduce the level of unemployment in the area of implementation of the project, i.e. in the area of KOF.
