Przedmiotem projektu jest uruchomienie 16 elektronicznych usług publicznych, które będą świadczone przez Urząd Gminy Kurzętnik (UG), digitalizacja i bezpłatne udostępnienie mieszkańcom zasobów informacji przestrzennej (IP) oraz informatyzacja procedur wewnętrznych w UG. Uruchamiane e-usługi charakteryzować się będą wysokim poziomem dojrzałości (5 usług zapewniających interakcję dwustronną oraz 11 usług transakcyjnych z mechanizmami personalizacji), większość z nich charakteryzuje wysoki potencjał korzystania (dotyczą często załatwianych spraw). Uruchomienie e-usług będzie połączone z wdrożeniem oraz modernizacją systemów informatycznych (SI) w UG, digitalizacją zasobów IP i modernizacją infrastruktury sieciowo – sprzętowej w zakresie niezbędnym dla zaplanowanych wdrożeń. Projekt zakłada integrację SI UG, wykorzystanie możliwości platformy ePUAP i uruchomienie dedykowanego rozwiązania front-office dla mieszkańców. SI wdrażane w ramach projektu będą spełniać wymagania dot. interoperacyjności i wytyczne WCAG 2.0 w zakresie dostępności. Zaplanowane rozwiązania uwzględniają potrzeby niepełnosprawnych. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia określone w SzOOP „Cyfrowy region” RPO WiM, ponieważ całości opiera się na wykorzystaniu nowoczesnych technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnych: wdrożenie SI w UG i zakup niezbędnego sprzętu. Wykorzystanie tych technologii będzie służyć osiągnięciu celów projektu: cyfryzacji procedur administracyjnych oraz zwiększeniu dostępności inf.publ.i usług publicznych przez udostępnienie ich drogą elektroniczną. Ww.cele są zbieżne z celami si:zwiększenie podaży publicznych eusług i udostępnianie w sieci ISP). W projekcie zaplanowano kolejno:(1)opracowanie dokumentacji aplikacyjnej,(2)działania promocyjne,(3)zapewnienie nadzoru inżyniera projektu,(4)zakup środków trwałych oraz wartości niematerialnych i prawnych (licencji na SI),(5)zakup i realizację usług informatycznych (wdrożenia SI i digitalizacja zasobów IP, modernizacja strony WWW). The subject of the project is the launch of 16 public electronic services, which will be provided by the Municipal Office of Kurzętnik (UG), digitisation and free access to residents of spatial information resources (IP) and computerisation of internal procedures in the UG. Launched e-services will be characterised by a high level of maturity (5 services providing bilateral interaction and 11 transaction services with personalisation mechanisms), most of which have a high potential for use (concerning frequently handled matters). The launch of e-services will be combined with the deployment and modernisation of IT systems (SI) in the EMU, the digitisation of IP resources and the modernisation of network and hardware infrastructure to the extent necessary for the planned implementations. The project involves the integration of SI UG, the use of the capabilities of the ePUAP platform and the launch of a dedicated front-office solution for residents. The project implemented will meet the interoperability requirements and the WCAG 2.0 accessibility guidelines. The planned solutions take account of the needs of the disabled. The project fits into the assumptions set out in the “Digital Region” of the RPO WiM, as the whole is based on the use of modern information and communication technologies: implementation of SI in EMU and purchase of necessary equipment. The use of these technologies will serve to achieve the objectives of the project: digitising administrative procedures and increasing the availability of inf.publ.i public services by making them available electronically. The objectives are consistent with the objectives of increasing the supply of public e-services and making available on the PSI network. The project includes:(1)development of application documentation,(2)promotion measures,(3)provision of supervision of project engineer,(4)purchase of fixed assets and intangible assets (licences for SI),(5)purchase and delivery of IT services (IS implementation and IP digitisation, modernisation of the website).
