Interesariuszom Projektu zostanie udostępnione elektroniczne biuro obsługi (dostępne również przez urządzenia mobilne) z 6 szt. e-usług związanych z obsługą i rozliczaniem mediów(woda,ścieki) przez ZGK w Zalewie, w tym: 1. Dostęp do faktur elektr. z płatnością on-line oraz wskazania licznika z ostatniego odczytu oraz historycznych stanów rozlicz. (st. dojrz. 4). 2. Dostęp do elektronicznego systemu pow. i nadzoru 3. Wniosek o określenie warunków technicznych przyłączenia do sieci wod. i sanit. 4. Wniosek o zawarcie umowy o dostawę med. 5. Zgłoszenie przez użytkownika zaistniałego zdarzenia 6. Kalendarz rezerwacji. Zamontowanych będzie 2611 szt. ultradźwiękowych urządzeń pomiaru wody zintegrowanych z modułami radiowymi w ramach sieci wodociągowej zakładu, do zdalnego odczytu zużycia mediów w obiektach budowlanych na terenie Gm. Zalewo (wliczono 9szt. liczników DN80/100 z nakładkami radiowymi). Dane z modułów radiowych będą zbierane z wykorzystaniem systemu nadzoru telemetrycznego PDA i przesyłane na serwer Wnioskodawcy. System zbudowany jest jako hybryda. W zakresie odczytu radiowego i agregowania danych bazuje na własnym serwerze danych. W zakresie udostępniania danych dla mieszkańców jest zasilany z systemu odczytu. System udostępniania danych i możliwości komunikacji z mieszkańcami bazuje na oprogramowaniu w chmurze obliczeniowej. Podłączonych będzie 2505 użytkowników. Zakupiony sprzęt komputerowy i biurowy (2 zestawy PC i urządzenie wielofunkcyjne) umożliwi sprawną obsługę systemu i interesariuszy. Etapy realizacji Proj.: - etap przygotowawczy - studium wykon. - wyłonienie wykonawcy usług oraz dostaw wyposażenia zgodnie z Ustawą PZP - wykonanie i odbiór usług oraz dostawa wyposażenia - rozliczenie projekt. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia SzOOP RPO WW-M dla III Osi poprzez zwiększenie podaży publicznych usług świadczonych drogą elektroniczną oraz dzięki świadczeniu nowych e-usług dla obywateli i kontrahentów w zakresie gospodarki wod-kan. The project stakeholders will be made available to an electronic service office (also available by mobile devices) from 6 e-services related to the service and settlement of media (water, sewage) by ZGK in Zalewo, including: 1. Access to electric invoices with online payment and indication of the counter from the last reading and historical settlement states. See. 4. 2. Access to the electronic area and surveillance system 3. Request to specify the technical conditions for connection to the water network. and sanit. 4. Application for the conclusion of a med supply agreement. 5. Notification by the user of the event 6. The booking calendar. 2611 ultrasonic water measuring devices will be installed, integrated with radio modules within the plant’s water supply network, for remote reading of media consumption in buildings in Gm. Zalewo (included 9 pieces DN80/100 meters with radio overlays). Data from radio modules will be collected using the telemetric surveillance system PDA and transmitted to the Applicant’s server. The system is built as a hybrid. In the range of radio reading and aggregation the data is based on its own data server. In terms of data sharing to residents, it is powered from the reading system. The system for data sharing and communication with residents is based on cloud computing software. 2505 users will be connected. Purchased computer and office equipment (2 PC sets and multifunctional device) will allow efficient operation of the system and stakeholders. Stages of implementation Project: — preparatory stage – study performance. — selection of the contractor of services and supplies of equipment in accordance with the PZP Act – performance and reception of services and delivery of equipment – settlement of the project. The project fits into the assumptions of the SzOOP RPO WW-M for III Axis by increasing the supply of public services provided electronically and by providing new e-services to citizens and contractors in the field of water and canal management.
