Celem projektu jest zwiększenie szans zatrudnienia 40 słuchaczy (30K i 10M Policealnego Studium Zawodowego w Iławie prowadzonego przez Warmińsko-Mazurski Zakład Doskonalenia Zawodowego w Olsztynie. Słuchacze wszystkich kierunków (technik administracji, technik rachunkowości, technik informatyk, technik BHP i technik usług kosmetycznych), po etapie wstępnej diagnozy i stworzeniu Indywidualnego Planu Działania dla każdego z nich, odbędą cykl szkoleń zawodowych (pozwalających na zdobycie kwalifikacji i kompetencji) oraz osobowościowych (z zakresu komunikacji, radzenia sobie ze stresem, pracy w grupie), które przygotują ich do kluczowego w projekcie etapu, tj. 150-godzinnych staży zawodowych u lokalnych pracodawców. Dzięki temu, słuchacze nabędą praktycznych umiejętności i doświadczeń na rynku pracy, co wydatnie zwiększy szanse na ich zatrudnienie po ukończeniu nauki szkolnej. Projekt realizowany będzie od września 2018 do września 2020 roku w Policealnym Studium Zawodowym w Iławie (zlokalizowanym w bazie dydaktycznej Centrum Edukacji ZDZ w Iławie). (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of 40 students (30K and 10M Policeal Vocational Study in Iława run by the Warmia-Mazury Vocational Perfection Plant in Olsztyn. Listeners of all directions (administration technician, accounting techniques, IT technicians, OSH techniques and cosmetic services techniques), after the initial diagnosis and creation of an Individual Action Plan for each of them, will take place a series of vocational trainings (allowing to acquire qualifications and competences) and personalities (from the field of communication, dealing with stress, working in a group), which will prepare them for the key stage in the project stage, i.e. 150-hour traineeships with local employers. As a result, listeners will acquire practical skills and experience on the labour market, which will significantly increase their employability after completing school. The project will be implemented from September 2018 to September 2020 in the Police Vocational Study in Iława (located in the educational base of the ZDZ Education Centre in Iława). (English)
