Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób powyżej 29 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w mieście Kielce. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 105 osób zarejestrowanych w MUP Kielce po zakończeniu udziału w projekcie. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby powyżej 29 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników i uczestniczek przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie MUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people over 29 years of age who are unemployed in the city of Kielce. The main result of the project will be the employment of 105 people registered at MUP Kielce after the end of participation in the project. The project will support people over 29 years of age qualifying as an aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or an aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”). As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the MUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)
