Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób powyżej 29 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie włoszczowskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 36 (22K, 14K) osób zarejestrowanych w PUP we Włoszczowie. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby powyżej 29 roku życia zakwalifikowane do I profilu pomocy (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub II profilu pomocy (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP we Włoszczowie realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people over 29 years of age who are unemployed in the Włoszczów district. The main result of the project will be the employment of 36 (22K, 14K) persons registered at the PUP in Włoszczów. The project will support people over 29 years of age qualifying for the first aid profile (so-called active unemployed) or the second aid profile (so-called “requiring support”). As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP in Włoszczów will implement appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions.
