Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej pozostających bez pracy w powiecie koneckim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie pracy przez 90 osób zarejestrowanych w PUP w Końskich. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników będzie przedstawiona konkretna oferta aktywizacji zawodowej którą poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy tj. szkolenia, prace interwencyjne, doposażenie lub wyposażenie stanowiska pracy dla skierowanego bezrobotnego, jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej, staż, dofinansowanie wynagrodzenia za zatrudnienie skierowanego bezrobotnego, pośrednictwo pracy i/lub poradnictwo zawodowe. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people aged 30 and more who are unemployed in the Konecki district. The main result of the project will be the taking up of work by 90 people registered at the PUP in Końskie. As part of the project, a specific offer of professional activation will be presented for each participant, which will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions, i.e. training, intervention work, retrofitting or equipping of a job for the targeted unemployed, one-off measures for taking up a business activity, traineeship, co-financing for employment directed unemployed, job intermediation and/or career guidance.
