ZESPÓŁ OPIEKI ZDROWOTNEJ W KOŃSKICH

Przedmiotem projektu jest montaż odnawialnych źródeł energii w budynkach oraz na terenie ZOZ w Końskich. Zakres przedsięwzięcia obejmuje: - montaż paneli fotowoltaicznych- 1668 szt. modułów monokrystalicznych o mocy jednostkowej 300 kWp każdy. Łączna moc zaplanowanej instalacji: 500,4 kW; - montaż powietrznych pomp ciepła służących do ogrzewania c.o. oraz c.w.u. Wszystkie prace inwestycyjne zostaną przeprowadzone zgodnie z harmonogramem rzeczowo- finansowym. Ze względów ekonomicznych i technicznych zakłada się, że pompy ciepła będą pracowały z kotłownia gazową w systemie biwaletnym częściowo równoległym. Łączna moc zaplanowanej instalacji: 753,6 kW (251,2 kW każda). Projekt wykazuje zgodność z celami Osi Priorytetowej 3. Efektywna i zielona energia oraz z celem działania w ramach którego Wnoskodawca ubiega się o dofinansowanie. Celem szczegółowym projektu jest: Zwiększony udział energii produkowanej z OZE w ogólnej produkcji energii w województwie świętokrzyskim. Ponadto, projekt wpływa na: zwiększenie wykorzystania energii odnawialnej, -wykorzystanie potencjałów odnawialnych źródeł energii występujących na terenie woj. świętokrzyskiego, -obniżenie poziomu emisji gazów cieplarniancych do atmosfery, -obniżenie poziomu emisji zanieczyszczeń do środowiska, -obniżenie całkowitych kosztów wytwarzania energii elektrycznej oraz cieplnej, - zwiększenie świadomości ekologicznej mieszkańców Miasta i Gminy Końskie. Realizacja inwestycji pozwoli osiągnąć następujące rezultaty: szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych: 668,79 MgCO2/rok, produkcja energii cieplnej z nowo wybudowanych instalacji wykorzystujących OZE: 1225,34 MWht/rok, produkcja energii elektrycznej z nowo wybudowanych instalacji wykorzystujących OZE: 525,62 MWhe/rok, dodatkowa zdolność wytwarzania energii cieplnej ze źródeł odnawialnych: 0,75 MWt, dodatkowa zdolność wytwarzania energii elektrycznej ze źródeł odnawialnych: 0,50 MWe. The subject of the project is the assembly of renewable energy sources in buildings and in the ZOZ in Końskie. The scope of the project shall include: — installation of photovoltaic panels – 1668 units of monocrystalline modules with unit power of 300 kWp each. Total capacity of the planned installation: 500,4 kW; — installation of air heat pumps for heating central heating and hot water. All investment works will be carried out according to the factual and financial schedule. For economic and technical reasons, heat pumps are expected to work with a gas boiler room in a partially parallel bidding system. Total capacity of the planned installation: 753,6 kW (251,2 kW each). The project is consistent with the objectives of Priority Axis 3. Efficient and green energy and with the objective of the action under which the Provider is applying for funding. The specific objective of the project is to: Increased share of energy produced from RES in total energy production in Świętokrzyskie voivodship. In addition, the project affects: increasing the use of renewable energy, -using the potential of renewable energy sources present in Świętokrzyskie voivodship, -reducing greenhouse gas emissions into the atmosphere, -reducing emissions of pollutants to the environment, -reducing the total costs of electricity and heat generation, – increasing the environmental awareness of residents of the City and the Końskie Municipality. The realisation of the investment will achieve the following results: estimated annual reduction in greenhouse gas emissions: 668,79 MgCO2/year, production of heat from newly built RES installations: 1225,34 MWht/year, electricity production from newly built RES installations: 525,62 MWhe/year, additional capacity to generate heat from renewable sources: 0,75 MWt, additional renewable electricity generation capacity: 0,50 MWe.
