Celem projektu jest podniesienie poziomu aktywności i zaradności osobistej , w tym społecznej, edukacyjnej i zawodowej, 25 osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym (13K/12M) , szczególnie z niepełnosprawnościami mieszkańców Miasta Pyskowice głównie poprzez zapewnienie wsparcia Asystenta Osobistego Osoby Niepełnosprawnej (AOON),oraz dostarczenie usługi zwiększające mobilność, autonomię i bezpieczeństwo osób niesamodzielnych /z niepełnosprawnością w czasie trwania projektu oraz w okresie trwałości. The aim of the project is to increase the level of personal activity and resourcefulness, including social, educational and professional, 25 people at risk of social exclusion (13K/12M), especially with the disability of residents of Pyskowice, mainly by providing support to the Assistant Person with Disability (AOON), and to provide services that increase mobility, autonomy and safety of dependent persons/with disabilities during the project and during the duration of the project.
