Przedmiotem projektu jest zbudowanie subregionalnego zbioru dokumentów cyfrowych stanowiącego rdzeń geoprzestrzennych baz danych jednostek organizacyjnych administracji publicznej szczebla regionalnego, powiatowego i gminnego, umożliwiających świadczenie zaawansowanych e-usług zgodnie z wymaganiami i standardami technicznymi oraz prawnymi na poziomie krajowym i europejskim. Partnerami przedsięwzięcia są jst szczebla regionalnego i lokalnego odpowiedzialne za realizację zadań publicznych z dziedziny geodezji i kartografii – Powiat Bielski, Cieszyński, Żywiecki, M. Bielsko-Biała, M. Cieszyn, G. Cz-DZ. oraz W. Śląskie. Cel projektu zostanie osiągnięty przez dwie grupy działań - modernizacja i rozbudowa systemów teleinformatycznych - budowa infrastruktury e-usług geoinformacyjnych oraz modernizacja, rozbudowa i dostosowanie do nowych regulacji prawnych istotnych części zbiorów danych Państwowego zasobu geodezyjnego i kartograficznego w jego części powiatowej i wojewódzkiej. The aim of the project is to build a subregional set of digital documents, which is the core of geospatial databases of organizational units of public administration at regional, county and municipal level, enabling the provision of advanced e-services in accordance with technical and legal requirements and standards at national and European level. Partners of the project are regional and local level responsible for the implementation of public tasks in the field of geodesy and cartography – Powiat Bielski, Cieszyński, Żywiecki, M. Bielsko-Biała, M. Cieszyn, G. Cz-DZ. and W. Śląskie. The objective of the project will be achieved by two groups of activities – modernisation and expansion of ICT systems – construction of the infrastructure of e-information services and modernisation, extension and adaptation to new legal regulations of important parts of data sets of the State geodetic and cartographic resources in its district and voivodship parts.
