Projekt realizuje Miejsko Gminny Ośrodek Pomocy Społecznej w Nowym Dworze Gdańskim w partnerstwie ze Stowarzyszeniem dla Europy. Termin realizacji: 01.01.2017 - 31.12.2018. Uczestnicy: 60 os.,40 kobiet i 20 mężczyzn zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, klientów MGOPS zamieszkujących obszar miasta i gminy Nowy Dwór Gdański, w tym min. 12 os. (7 mężczyzn i 5 kobiet) z niepełnosprawnościami. Projekt wdraża produkt finalny projektu innowacyjnego: "Wybierz przyszłość - innowacyjne narzędzia wspomagające interwencję socjalną" Dobre praktyki EFS. Spośród 290 projektów zgłoszonych z Europy (10 z Polski) projekt Wybierz Przyszłość uzyskał najwyższe oceny ekspertów i został zaprezentowany w Brukseli jako jeden z siedmiu najlepszych podczas wydarzenia pt.:„Active Inclusion Learning Network- Troubled Families Transnational Peer Review Event”. Zadania: 1. Usługi aktywnej integracji (praca socjalna, pogłębiona diagnoza zasobów i deficytów w obszarze społecznym, zawodowym - Zbudowanie Indywidualnych Ścieżek Reintegracji, poradnictwo psychologiczne),2. Aktywizacja zawodowa (poradnictwo zawodowe i pośrednictwo w oparciu o Indywidualną Ścieżkę Reintegracji, IPD, kursy zawodowe, staże zawodowe). 3. PAI (prace społecznie użyteczne, działania o charakterze integracyjnym). 4. Działania edukacyjne - Aflatoun (Wdrożenie 5 modułów, klub) 5. Wsparcie dochodowe(zasiłki celowe). Projekt stanowi odpowiedź na barierę równości płci segregację poziomą rynku pracy oraz stereotypy związane z rolami społecznymi kobiet i mężczyzn - przewiduje większy udział kobiet. Ze wsparcia skorzysta min. 20% osób z niepełnosprawnościami. Wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej - minimum 25%. Wskaźnik efektywności społeczno-zatrudnieniowej - minimum 60%. (Polish)

The project is carried out by the Municipal Social Welfare Centre in Nowy Dwór Gdański in partnership with the Association for Europe. Deadline for completion: 01.01.2017-31.12.2018. Participants: 60 people, 40 women and 20 men at risk of poverty or social exclusion, MGOPS clients living in the city area and the municipality of Nowy Dwór Gdański, including at least 12 people. (7 men and 5 women) with disabilities. The project implements the final product of an innovative project: “Select the future – innovative tools to support social intervention” Good practices of the ESF. Of the 290 projects submitted from Europe (10 from Poland), the project Choose the Future received the highest expert ratings and was presented in Brussels as one of the top seven during the “Active Inclusion Learning Network- Troubled Families Transnational Peer Review Event”. Tasks: 1. Active inclusion services (social work, in-depth diagnosis of resources and deficits in social and occupational areas – Building Individual Reintegration Paths, psychological counselling),2. Professional activation (vocational counselling and intermediation based on the Individual Reintegration Path, IPD, vocational courses, internships). 3. Pai (socially useful work, activities of an inclusive nature). 4. Educational activities – Aflatoun (Implementation of 5 modules, club) 5. Income support(special benefits). The project responds to the barriers to gender segregation of the labour market level and stereotypes related to the social roles of women and men, with greater participation of women. At least 20 % of people with disabilities will benefit from the support. Employment efficiency ratio – at least 25 %. Socio-employment efficiency ratio – at least 60 %. (English)
