Do Szkoły Podstawowej w Słobódce uczęszcza 194 uczniów: (95K., 99M.) Cel główny projektu to wyrównanie szans edukacyjnych i zmniejszenie dysproporcji w osiągnięciach edukacyjnych 120 uczniów (60K. i 60M.) z SP w Słobódce o utrudnionym dostępie do wysokiej jakości usług edukacyjnych oraz doskonalenie zawodowe 14 nauczycieli, przez wdrożenie programu rozwojowego w czasie realizacji proj. do 30.06.2019r. Projekt jest odpowiedzią na niższe szanse edukacyjne dzieci i młodzieży uczęszczającej do szkół wiejskich w stosunku do rówieśników z miasta. Główne rezultaty, które zostaną osiągnięte w ramach proj. to: -wyrównanie szans edukacyjnych, -zm. dysproporcji w osiągnięciach edukacyjnych, -wyrównanie braków edu.h, -stworzenie możliwości rozw. dla u.szczególnie zdolnych, -obniżenie skali problemu wad postawy, -rozwój kompetencji klu., -rozwój um. uczenia się i planowania własnej przyszłości, -wzrost aspiracji edu. i zaw. u. ZS w Słobódce. Realizacja proj. przyniesie również długofalowe rezultaty. Poprzez zwiększenie szans dzieci i młodzieży objętej projektem na rynku pracy w przyszłości, projekt może przyczynić się do zmniejszenia stopy bezrobocia w powiecie suwalskim, a także polepszenia sytuacji finansowej i życiowej mieszkańców regionu w przyszłości. W ramach projektu zostaną osiągnięte rezultaty w postaci wyrównania szans edu.120 uczniów uczęszczających do SP w Słobódce. Wsparciem zostanie objęta placówka w Słobódce. Wskaźnik zostanie osiągnięty na poz. 90% skuteczności. Diagnoza potrzeb placówki, będąca podstawą realizacji projektu została zatwierdzona przez organ prowadzący. (Polish)

194 students attend the primary school in Slobódka: (95K., 99M.) The main objective of the project is to equal educational opportunities and reduce the disparities in educational achievements of 120 students (60K. and 60M.) from the Słobódka SP with difficult access to high quality educational services and professional improvement of 14 teachers, by implementing the development programme during the project implementation by 30.06.2019. The project is a response to lower educational opportunities for children and young people attending rural schools compared to the city’s peers. The main results to be achieved under the project are: —equalisation of educational opportunities, -amendment of imbalances in educational achievements, -compensation of gaps in edu.h, -creating opportunities for u.especially capable, -reducing the scale of the problem of disadvantages of posture, -development of competences of the class. -development of learning and planning of your own future, -increase of aspirations of edu. Implementation of the project will also bring long-term results. By increasing the chances of children and young people covered by the project on the labour market in the future, the project can contribute to reducing the unemployment rate in the Suwałki county, as well as improving the financial and living situation of the inhabitants of the region in the future. As part of the project, results will be achieved in the form of equal opportunities for edu.120 pupils attending the SP in Słobódka. Support will be provided to the facility in Slobódka. The indicator will be achieved on the ground. It’s 90 % effective. The diagnosis of the needs of the facility, which was the basis for the implementation of the project, was approved by the leading authority. (English)
