W ramach projektu planowane są prace termomodernizacyjne i adaptacyjne w budynku byłej pralni, wymiana okien i drwi, ocieplenie stropodachu oraz ścian, wymiana instalacji c.o. wraz z regulacją, a także wymiana oświetlenia na energooszczędne. W wyniku realizacji projektu - podjęcia prac termomodernizacyjnych zostanie zaoszczędzone 105 620,00 kWh/rok energii pierwotnej oraz 117,56 kWh/rok energii końcowej. (zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania energii końcowej o 66,12%) Planowanie zadania: 1. Termomodernizacja przegród budowlanych 2. Modernizacja ogrzewania 3. Modernizacja c.w.u 4. Wymiana oświetlenia na energooszczędne 5. Przygotowanie audytu energetycznego 6. Promocja źródeł dofinansowania 7. Wymiana stolarki: okna i drzwi 8. Nadzór inwestorski 9. Przygotowanie dokumentacji aplikacyjnej Budynek, w którym będą podejmowane kompleksowe prace termomodernizacyjne jest położony na terenie zabytkowego parku, wpisanego do rejestru zabytków nr rej. 191/88. Bezpośrednie produkty realizacji projektu: Liczba zmodernizowanych energetycznie budynków 1 szt. Liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami - 1 szt, Powierzchnia użytkowa budynków poddanych termomodernizacji - 426,94 m2 Liczba zmodernizowanych źródeł ciepła - 1 szt (Polish)

The project includes thermal retrofitting and adaptation work in the former laundry building, replacement of windows and mockery, warming of ceilings and walls, replacement of central heating and regulation, as well as replacement of lighting for energy efficient. As a result of the project – the start of thermal retrofitting works will be saved 105620.00 kWh/year of primary energy and 117.56 kWh/year of final energy. (decrease final energy demand by 66.12 %) Planning of the task: 1. Thermal modernisation of construction divisions 2. Modernisation of heating 3. Modernisation of the city centre 4. Replacement of lighting for energy efficient 5. Preparation of energy audit 6. Promotion of funding sources 7. Replacement of carpentry: windows and doors 8. Investor Supervision 9. Preparation of application documentation The building, in which comprehensive thermomodernisation works will be undertaken, is located in the historic park, entered in the register of monuments no.
