Projekt „Rozbudowa systemu udostępniania e-usług publicznych w administracji publicznej w Małopolsce – etap II” zakłada podniesienie standardów instytucji administracji rządowej w zakresie informatyzacji procedur wewnętrznych w urzędach, bezpieczeństwa teleinformatycznego, stosowania systemów elektronicznego zarządzania dokumentacją poprzez rozbudowę istniejącego systemu udostępniania e-usług publicznych oraz wdrożenie systemu EZD PUW w kolejnych jednostkach administracji publicznej w Województwie Małopolskim. Realizacja projektu pozwoli na poszerzenie zakresu dostępnych oraz tworzenie nowych e-usług, zwiększenie wykorzystania elektronicznej skrzynki podawczej, platformy ePUAP, poprzez wykorzystanie technologii teleinformatycznych w zakresie świadczenia usług elektronicznych dla mieszkańców Małopolski. Do osiągnięcia pełnej efektywności wykorzystania systemu niezbędna jest jego rozbudowa o dodatkowe elementy pozwalające na umożliwienie dostępu podmiotom zespolonej administracji rządowej do usług świadczonych w modelu prywatnej chmury obliczeniowej administracji zespolonej, z uwzględnieniem niskiego poziomu infrastruktury i sprzętu ICT administracji zespolonej Województwa Małopolskiego nie odpowiadający obecnym wymogom technologii komunikacyjnych niezbędnych do osiągnięcia awansu cyfrowego urzędu obecnie beneficjenci projektu. W zakresie technologii projekt stanowiąc kontynuację etapu I - przewiduje rozbudowę już posiadanych zasobów teleinformatycznych, z uwzględnieniem konieczności ich skalowania do potrzeb wynikających z wdrożenia systemu EZD PUW w kolejnych jednostkach administracji publicznej oraz zwiększenia dostępności do centralnych zasobów serwerowych poprzez zwiększenie przepustowości systemów ściany ogniowej stanowiących bramę perymetru sieci i punkt dostępowy dla użytkowników zewnętrznych, a także poprawę warunków składowania, archiwizacji i zabezpieczania danych w sektorze publicznym poprzez redundancję zasobów serwerowych w zapasowej lokalizacji Urzędu (Polish)

The project “Expansion of the system of public e-service sharing in the public administration in Małopolska – stage II” involves raising the standards of government administration institutions in the field of informatisation of internal procedures in offices, ICT security, the use of electronic documentation management systems through the development of the existing system of making public e-services available and the implementation of the EZD system of PUW in subsequent public administration units in the Małopolskie Voivodeship. The implementation of the project will allow to broaden the scope of available and create new e-services, increase the use of electronic mailbox, ePUAP platform, through the use of ICT technologies in the scope of the provision of electronic services for residents of Małopolska. In order to achieve full efficiency of the system, it is necessary to extend it with additional elements allowing entities of complex government administration to access services provided in the private cloud model of complex administration, taking into account the low level of infrastructure and ICT equipment of the complex administration of the Małopolska Voivodship which does not meet the current requirements of communication technologies necessary to achieve the promotion of the digital office currently beneficiaries of the project. In the field of technology, the project, as a follow-up to stage I, envisages the expansion of existing ICT resources, taking into account the need to scale them to the needs of the implementation of the PUW EZD system in successive public administration units and to increase availability to central server resources by increasing the capacity of firewall systems which constitute the gateway of the network perimeter and an access point for external users, as well as improved storage, archiving and safeguarding of data in the public sector through redundancy of the Office’s resources (English)
