W ramach Projektu zostaną wytworzone i udostępnione w UMWM oraz w wybranych jednostkach organizacyjnych WM następujące systemymoduły:Zintegrowany system ds. planowania i obsługi finansowo księgowej jego celem jest informatyczne wspomaganie prac realizowanych w działach księgowości finansowej i kosztowej, zgodnie z wymogami powszechnie obowiązującego prawa. Dodatkowo system będzie zapewniał możliwość planowania finansów oraz prowadzenia sprawozdawczości, również dla wybranych jednostek organizacyjnych Województwa Małopolskiego.Hurtownia Danych jego celem jest uporządkowanie oraz integracja istniejących informacji pochodzących z różnych źródeł danych wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych, a następnie udostępnienie tej informacji w procesach decyzyjnych w celu sprawniejszego zarządzania organizacją i procesami biznesowymi UMWM. Hurtownia Danych będzie stanowić centralną bazę danych pozyskiwanych z wielu źródeł systemów dziedzinowych, źródeł plikowych zewnętrznych i wewnętrznych, zewnętrznych systemów statystycznych oraz innych źródeł danych i będzie źródłem danych dla Business Intelligence, a także źródłem danych wykorzystywanych przez narzędzia służące do publikacji danych w module Otwarte Dane. Business Intelligence jego celem jest zapewnienie dostępu do odpowiedniej jakości informacji, która w znaczący sposób wesprze podejmowanie decyzji biznesowych i kontrolę ich realizacji przez osoby będące w grupie managerów wyższego i niższego szczebla w UMWM. Pozwoli on także na szybki dostęp do wybranych informacji określonym użytkownikom, usprawniając wymianęzbieranie danych w organizacji. Business Intelligence, poprzez generator raportów, będzie wspomagał tworzenie i prezentowanie, a także analizę prostą i wielowymiarową bazującą na danych z wybranych obszarów organizacji.Moduł Otwartych Danych system będzie oparty o platformę dla usług otwartych danych, która dostępna jest dla wszystkich jednostek samorządu terytorialnego http:danepubliczne.gov.pl.C.D.pkt Q (Polish)

Within the Project, the following modules will be created and made available in the UMWM and selected organizational units of WM:Integrated Planning and Accounting System, its purpose is to support IT work carried out in financial and cost accounting departments, in accordance with the requirements of universal law. In addition, the system will provide the possibility of financial planning and reporting, also for selected organizational units of the Małopolska Voivodship.The purpose of the Data Turnout is to organise and integrate existing information from various sources of internal and external data, and then make this information available in decision-making processes in order to better manage the organisation and business processes of the UMWM. The Data Warehouse will be the central database of data obtained from many domain systems sources, external and internal file sources, external statistical systems and other data sources, and will be the source of data for Business Intelligence, as well as the data source used by the tools used to publish data in the Open Data module. Business Intelligence aims to provide access to the quality of information that will significantly support business decisions and control the implementation of business decisions by those in the group of senior and downstream managers at the UMWM. It will also allow for quick access to selected information to specific users, improving the exchange of data in the organisation. Business Intelligence, through the report generator, will support the creation and presentation, as well as simple and multidimensional analysis based on data from selected areas of the organisation.The Open Data Module system will be based on a platform for open data services, which is available to all local government units http:danepubliczne.gov.pl.C.D.pkt Q (English)
