Projekt obejmuje zakup urządzeń piekarniczych, które zostaną wykorzystane do produkcji pieczywa i chleba według receptury biblijnej oraz zakup agregatu prądotwórczego zapewniającego utrzymanie ciągłości produkcji podczas przerw w dostawie energii elektrycznej z sieci. Nowo produkowane wyroby będą elementem składowym wprowadzanego na rynek nowego dotychczas niewytwarzanego przez wnioskodawcę produktu – pieczywa biblijnego. Wyroby tego typu są poszukiwane na rynku z racji swoich właściwości i są elementem składowym różnorodnych diet służących poprawie funkcjonalności i wydolności organizmu ludzkiego. Z racji odmiennego procesu wytwórczego pieczywo biblijne produkuje niewielka ilość piekarni w Polsce. Projekt kontynuuje proces zrównoważonego rozwoju piekarni, którego pierwszy etap zakup nowoczesnych urządzeń piekarniczych sfinansowano ze środków Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego Województwa Podkarpackiego na lata 2007-2013. The project includes the purchase of bakery equipment, which will be used for the production of bread and bread according to the biblical recipe, and the purchase of a generator that ensures the continuity of production during interruptions in electricity supply from the grid. The newly produced products will be a component of a new product not produced by the applicant – biblical bread, introduced to the market. Products of this type are sought on the market because of their properties and are a component of various diets designed to improve the functionality and efficiency of the human body. Because of the different manufacturing process, Bible bread produces a small number of bakeries in Poland. The project continues the process of sustainable development of the bakery, whose first stage of purchase of modern bakery facilities was financed by the Regional Operational Programme of the Podkarpackie Region for the years 2007-2013.
