Projekt obejmuje rozbudowę i modernizację punktu selektywnego zbierania odpadów komunalnych (zwanego dalej PSZOK) w Korfantowie oraz jego doposażenie. W gminie Korfantów działa PSZOK przy ul Fabrycznej 8, na działce o numerze ewidencyjnym 807/1, która jest własnością Gminy Korfantów. Planowane przedsięwzięcie nie stoi w sprzeczności z obowiązującym prawem miejscowym. Obecnie Gmina nie posiada własnej infrastruktury do prowadzenia PSZOK, jest ona objęta umową z firmą obsługującą PSZOK. Wobec wzrastających kosztów funkcjonowania systemu gospodarowania odpadami komunalnymi, Gmina planuje obniżenie kosztów poprzez przejęcie obsługi PSZOK. Aby to było możliwe, niezbędne jest przygotowanie potrzebnej infrastruktury. Zakres prac ujętych w projekcie obejmować będzie: utwardzenie i wybrukowanie terenu (pow. 615 m2 - plac: manewrowy, miejsca postojowe (w tym jedno miejsce dla osób niepełnosprawnych), miejsca na kontenery i pojemniki na odpady oraz kontenery obiektowe i magazyny PSZOK), oznaczenia poziome, podłączenie do w sieć wod-kan i energetycznej; zamontowanie kranu zewnętrznego z umywalką dla użytkowników PSZOK; wykonanie oświetlenia obiektowego (lampy LED); wyposażenie PSZOK w odpowiednią liczbę i rodzaj kontenerów i pojemników, oznakowanie (pojemników, kontenerów, każdego z pomieszczeń), tablica promocyjno-informacyjna dot. projektu ze wskazaniem źródła dofinansowania projektu, tablice informacyjne dot. organizacji PSZOK. PSZOK zostanie wyposażony w kontener biurowo-socjalny, magazyn na odpady niebezpieczne, magazyn na sprzęt do obsługi PSZOK, wagę samochodową oraz pozostały niezbędny sprzęt (biurowy, sanitarny, urządzenia usprawniające funkcjonowanie PSZOK: waga mobilna, rampa przenośna, doświetlenie). Na terenie PSZOK zostanie uruchomiony punkt wymiany rzeczy używanych, niestanowiących odpadu, celem wprowadzenia ich do ponownego użycia. Jego działanie ma na celu spełnienie wymagań określonych w hierarchii postępowania z odpadami. (Polish)

The project includes the extension and modernisation of the separate collection point of municipal waste (hereinafter referred to as PPSOK) in Korfantów and its retrofitting. In Korfantów commune, PSZOK operates at Fabryczna 8 Street, on a plot with registration number 807/1, which is owned by the Municipality of Korfantów. The planned project does not conflict with applicable local law. Currently, the Municipality does not have its own infrastructure to run PSZOK, it is covered by an agreement with the company serving PSZOK. In view of the increasing costs of operating the municipal waste management system, the Municipality plans to reduce costs by taking over the service of PSZOK. For this to be possible, it is necessary to prepare the necessary infrastructure. The scope of work included in the project will include: hardening and paving of the area (POW. 615 m² – square: manoeuvring facilities, parking spaces (including one space for disabled persons), storage spaces for containers and waste containers, facility containers and warehouses PSZOK), horizontal markings, connection to water and sewage networks; installation of an external tap with a sink for PSZOK users; production of object lighting (LED lamps); equipping PSZOK with the appropriate number and type of containers and containers, marking (containers, containers, each room), promotional and information board for the project, indicating the source of project funding, information boards for the organisation of PSZOK. PSZOK will be equipped with an office and social container, a warehouse for hazardous waste, a warehouse for PSZOK handling equipment, car weight and other necessary equipment (office, sanitary, devices to improve the functioning of PSZOK: mobile scale, portable ramp, illumination). A point of exchange for non-waste items will be set up at the PSZOK in order to put them into re-use. Its operation is intended to meet the requirements set out in the waste hierarchy. (English)
