Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia 139 osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej pozostających bez pracy w powiecie gorlickim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez uczestników projektu przynależących do grup: osób powyżej 50 r. ż., osób o niskich kwalifikacjach, osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, osób z niepełnosprawnościami, kobiet łącznie na poziomie co najmniej 45%.W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby w wieku 30 lat i więcej pozostające bez pracy zarejestrowane w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Gorlicach jako osoby bezrobotne, należące co najmniej do jednej z poniższych grup: osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby powyżej 50 roku życia, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, kobiety.W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of 139 people aged 30 and over who are unemployed in the Gorlice district. The main result of the project will be the employment of project participants belonging to the following groups: those over 50, the low-skilled, the long-term unemployed, the people with disabilities, women at a total level of at least 45 %.The project will support people aged 30 and over who are unemployed registered with the District Labour Office in Gorlice as unemployed, belonging to at least one of the following groups: low-skilled people, long-term unemployed, people over 50 years of age, people with disabilities, women.As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)
