Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa nowej oczyszczalni ścieków w m. Kadcza, której parametry projektowe wynoszą Qdśr144 m3d, Qdmax188. Jej budowa pozwoli na podłączenie nowych dostawców ścieków w aglomeracji. Oczyszczalnia ta po zakończeniu realizacji projektu inwestycyjnego i oddaniu do użytkowania będzie spełniać wymagania Dyrektywy Rady 91271EWG z dnia 21 maja 1991 r. dotyczącej oczyszczania ścieków komunalnych Dz. U. L 13540 z 30.5.1991 oraz Rozporządzenia Ministra Środowiska z dnia 18 listopada 2014 r. w sprawie warunków, jakie należy spełnić przy wprowadzaniu ścieków do wód lub ziemi, oraz w sprawie substancji szczególnie szkodliwych dla środowiska wodnego Dz. U. 2014 poz. 1800. W ramach projektu wykonana zostanie również zbiorcza sieć kanalizacyjna w części m. Kadcza o długości 12,1 km. Do sieci podłączonych zostanie 195 budynków gospodarstw domowych i 5 budynków użyteczności publicznej. Sieć kanalizacyjną zaprojektowano jako układ rurociągów grawitacyjno tłocznych w połączeniu z 2 pompowniami ścieków z uwagi na ukształtowanie terenu. System ten umożliwi odprowadzanie ścieków do nowo wybudowanej mechanicznobiologicznej oczyszczalni ścieków w Kadczy, która spełniać będzie wymagania Dyrektywy Rady 91271EWG z dnia 21 maja 1991 r. W ramach projektu wykonana zostanie także zbiorcza sieć wodociągowa w części m. Kadcza o długości 11,5 km. Do sieci podłączonych zostanie 195 budynków gospodarstw domowych i 5 budynków użyteczności publicznej. Infrastruktura wodociągowa jest realizowana w ramach projektu kompleksowego. Wg danych GUS za 2016 r. stopień zwodociągowania gminy wynosi 30.Przedmiotowe przedsięwzięcie będzie stanowiło wkład w zagwarantowanie możliwości zaspokojenia potrzeb przyszłych pokoleń w zakresie czystej wody i sanitarnego stanu środowiska.W projekcie przewidziano również zadania w zakresie nadzoru inwestorskiego, dokumentacji technicznej, wdrożenia projektu oraz promocji projektu tablice informacyjne w miejscu realizacji projektu (Polish)

The subject of the project is the construction of a new sewage treatment plant in Kadcza, whose design parameters are Qdśr144 m3d, Qdmax188. Its construction will allow the connection of new suppliers of sewage in the agglomeration. This treatment plant, upon completion of the investment project and put into service, will comply with the requirements of Council Directive 91271EEC of 21 May 1991 on urban waste water treatment. U. L 13540 of 30.5.1991 and the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 18 November 2014 on the conditions to be fulfilled when introducing sewage into water or land, and on substances which are particularly harmful to the aquatic environment. U. 2014 pos. 1800. As part of the project, there will also be a collective sewage network in the part of Kadcz, 12.1 km long. 195 household buildings and 5 public buildings will be connected to the network. The sewage network was designed as a gravitational flow pipeline system in conjunction with 2 sewage pumping stations due to the terrain. This system will allow sewage to be discharged to a newly built mechanical waste water treatment plant in Kadcza, which will meet the requirements of Council Directive 91271EEC of 21 May 1991. The project will also include a combined water supply network in the part of Kadcz, 11.5 km long. 195 household buildings and 5 public buildings will be connected to the network. Water supply infrastructure is implemented as part of a comprehensive project. According to the CSO data for 2016, the level of drainage of the municipality is 30.The project will contribute to ensuring that the needs of future generations in terms of clean water and sanitary environment can be met.The project also includes tasks in the scope of investor supervision, technical documentation, project implementation and promotion of the project information boards at the place of implementation of the project (English)
