ZAKŁAD DOSKONALENIA ZAWODOWEGO W KIELCACH

Celem P jest podniesienie jakości i atrakcyjności oferty ed. w 2 SZ ZDZ w Kielcach z terenu woj. mazowieckiego na kier. t.żywienia i usług gastronomicznych i t. usług fryzjerskich w kontekście przyszłego zatrudnienia uczniów i uczennic (U) tych szkół do 31.10.2020. Cel ten zostanie osiągnięty poprzez organizację zajęć dod. w zakresie kompetencji miękkich, przedsiębiorczości, doradztwa zawodowego, gastronomii prozdrowotnej z elementami kuchni molekularnej oraz fryzjerstwa z elementami IQ haircut dla U, a także w części dla N zawodu/instr. prakt. nauki zaw. oraz wyposażenie U w niezbędne na RP doświadczenie zawodowe poprzez realizację staży zawodowych. Rezultaty P: 1.min 107 U zwiększy swoje kompetencje kluczowe i uniwersalne poprzez ukończenie warsztatów kompetencji miękkich oraz zajęć z przedsiębiorczości BSB 2.min. 107U zwiększy zdolność do podejmowania świadomych decyzji edukacyjno-zaw. poprzez udział w zaj. z doradztwa zaw. 3.min.56 U zwiększy swoje kompetencje zawodowe poprzez ukończenie zajęć dodatkowych w zakresie eko-fryzjerstwa z elementami IQ haircut 4.min. 62 U zwiększy swoje kompetencje zawodowych poprzez ukończenie zajęć dodatkowych w zakresie biogastronomii z elementami kuchni molekularnej 5.min. 59 U zdobędzie doświadczenie zaw. poprzez ukończenie 150 godz. staży zaw. zgodnie ze zrealizowanym typem zajęć dod. 6. 2 n-li przedsiębiorczości zwiększy swoje komp. poprzez ukończenie szkolenia BSB 7. 4 nauczycieli/inst. praktycznej nauki zawodu (KiM) zwiększy swoje kompetencje zaw. poprzez uczestnictwo w zajęciach specj. z kuchni molekularnej lub IQ haircut. GD P będzie stanowiło 118 U (94K,24M)klas I-IV i 6 N, w tym 2 N przedsiębiorczości i 4 N zawodu/intr. praktycznej nauki zaw. (KiM) z 2 SZ ZDZ w Kielcach z Radomia i N.Miasta kształcących się/uczących na kierunkach TUG (62U+3n-li) i TUF (56U+3n-li).Wniosk. kwota dof. wynosi 828 595,00zł. Kwota wkładu własnego wyn. 94 960,00zł, co stanowi 10,3% wartości P. (Polish)

The aim of P is to increase the quality and attractiveness of the offer ed. in 2 SZ ZDZ in Kielce from Mazowieckie voivodship for food and catering services and hairdressing services in the context of the future employment of pupils and students (U) of these schools to 31.10.2020. This goal will be achieved by organising additional activities in the field of soft competencies, entrepreneurship, professional counselling, health-promoting gastronomy with elements of molecular kitchen and hairdressing with elements of IQ haircut for U, as well as in part for N profession/instr. practice of study incl. and U equipment with necessary professional experience for the Republic of Poland through the implementation of professional internships. Results P: 1.min 107 U will increase its key and universal competences by completing soft competencies workshops and BSB entrepreneurship classes 2.min. 107U will increase the ability to make informed educational decisions through participation in consulting activities incl. 3.min.56 U will increase its professional competence by completing additional classes in the field of eco-friction with elements of IQ haircut 4.min. 62 U will increase its professional competence by completing additional classes in the field of biogastronomy with elements of molecular kitchen 5.min. 59 U will gain experience incl. by completing 150 hours of internships in accordance with the completed type of dod classes. 6. 2 n-li entrepreneurship will increase your comp. by completing the BSB 7 training. 4 teachers/intt. practical apprenticeships (who) will increase their competences incl. by participating in specialisations in molecular kitchen or IQ haircut. GD P will consist of 118 U (94K,24M) classes I-IV and 6 N, including 2 N entrepreneurship and 4 N profession/intra. practical science incl. (kim) of 2 SS ZDZ in Kielce from Radom and N.C.Cities studying in the directions of TUG (62U + 3n-li) and TUF (56U+ 3n-li). Amount of own contribution 94 960.00 PLN, which is 10.3 % of the P value.
