Projekt polega na stworzeniu systemu BPM nowej generacji, który rozwiąże podstawowe problemy z dostępnością zaawansowanych systemów BPM wśród przedsiębiorstw, w tym w szczególności tych z sektora MŚP. Koszty wdrożenia i eksploatacji systemów BPM stanowią najpoważniejszą barierę wśród polskich i zagranicznych firm z sektora MŚP w automatyzacji własnych procesów biznesowych. Wynika to z faktu, że obecnie stosowane technologie są w taki sposób skonstruowane, że każdorazowo wymagają zaangażowania programistów w proces wdrożenia i później obsługi posprzedażowej.Dzięki wdrożeniu nowej PLATFORMY, firma INTENSE GROUP, poszerzy i zagospodaruje nowy rynki: zwiększy liczbę potencjalnych odbiorców systemów BPMS z 3,4 tys. podmiotów duże przedsiębiorstwa w Polsce, do 62,3 tys. małe i średnie przedsiębiorstwa w Polsce. Potencjalnie rynek może być zwielokrotniony w przypadku sprzedaży na rynki zagraniczne.Za rozwój sektora BPMS w przyszłości będą odpowiadać dwa trendy, które zdynamizują sprzedaż nowej PLATFORMY: Tendencja do INDYWIDUALIZACJI ZAMÓWIEŃ w koncepcji PRZEMYSŁU 4.0 nastąpi zmiana z produkcji masowej na zindywidualizowaną. Coraz większa skłonność sektora MŚP do AUTOMATYZACJI PROCESÓW BIZNESOWYCH. Cel będzie realizowany poprzez wykonanie kompleksowego projektu badawczego nad stworzeniem systemu automatyzującego procesy biznesowe, który będzie dostosowany do możliwości finansowych małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw. Projekt będzie realizowany przez okres 16 miesięcy w ramach 5 zadań badawczych i jednego wdrożeniowego, z czego wszystkie 5 zadań badawczych ma charakter prac rozwojowych. Budowa nowej PLATFORMY umożliwi firmie:zwiększenie przychodów ze sprzedaży z poziomu ok. 4,2 mln zł w 2018 roku do poziomu 6,9 mln zł w 2023 roku; zwiększenie zysku z poziomu: 85,8 tys. zł w 2018 do 1,3 mln zł w 2023 roku; poszerzenie grona klientów w Polsce z 3,4 tys. do 62,3 tys. MŚP w Polsce i proporcjonalnie więcej na rynkach zagranicznych. (Polish)

The project consists of the creation of a new generation BPM system that will solve the basic problems with the availability of advanced BPM systems among enterprises, including in particular those in the SME sector. The costs of implementing and operating BPM systems are the most serious barrier among Polish and foreign companies from the SME sector in automating their own business processes. This is due to the fact that the current technologies are designed in such a way that each time they require the involvement of programmers in the implementation and after-sales service process.Thanks to the implementation of the new PLATFORMA, INTENSE GROUP will expand and develop new markets: it will increase the number of potential recipients of BPMS systems from 3.4 thousand large enterprises in Poland, to 62.3 thousand small and medium-sized enterprises in Poland. The potential market can be multiplied in the case of sales to foreign markets.In the future, the development of BPMS sector will be driven by two trends that will dynamic the sales of the new PLATFORMA: The trend towards individualisation of the Order in the concept of THE WORK 4.0 will change from mass production to individualised production. The growing tendency of the SME sector to automate BUSINESS PROCESSES. The objective will be achieved by carrying out a comprehensive research project to create a system that automates business processes, which will be adapted to the financial capacity of small and medium-sized enterprises. The project will be carried out for a period of 16 months within 5 research and implementation tasks, of which all 5 research tasks are developmental. The construction of the new PLATFORMA will enable the company to:increase sales revenues from the level of approx. PLN 4.2 million in 2018 to PLN 6.9 million in 2023; increase in profit from: PLN 85.8 thousand in 2018 to PLN 1.3 million in 2023; expanding the number of customers in Poland from 3.4 thousand to 62.3 thousand.
