Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do zwiększenia dostępności usług społecznych na terenie gminy Janów Lubelski poprzez adaptację budynku na potrzeby utworzenia mieszkań socjalnych oraz mieszkania chronionego. W ramach zakresu rzeczowego projektu przewidziano utworzenie 10-ciu mieszkań (w tym 9 socjalnych i 1 chronione) w budynku objętym przedsięwzięciem. Liczba osób, która zamieszka w utworzonych mieszkaniach wynosi 38, a liczba osób oczekujących na mieszkanie wynosi 49. Budynek objęty projektem nie jest aktualnie użytkowany. Budynek ten posiada dwie kondygnacje nadziemne oraz stropodach. Budynek jest wyposażony w instalacje wod-kan i energetyczną. Inwestycja obejmuje przebudowę budynku oraz przyłącza. Powierzchnia zabudowy 287 m2. Powierzchnia terenu wolnego 1383 m2. Powierzchnia użytkowa 381,87 m2, w tym parter 195,84 m2, I piętro 186,03 m2. Wraz z modernizacją budynku i przyłączami wykonana będzie także kanalizacja sanitarna grawitacyjna o łącznej długości 173,1 m oraz odcinek kanalizacji tłocznej o długości 128,2 m. Dostawa wody realizowana będzie z istniejącej sieci wodociągowej. Zasilanie elektroenergetyczne realizowane będzie z nowoprojektowanego przyłącza kablowego nn. Wystąpi poprawa jakości świadczonych usług poprzez zastosowanie nowoczesnych technologii informacyjnych (sieć komputerowa umożliwiająca podłączenie również sprzętu rehabilitacyjnego i medycznego), a na wypadek zagrożeń bezpieczeństwo obiektów i użytkowników wraz z otoczeniem będzie zapewnione przez wykonanie monitoringu wizyjnego podłączonego do sieci miejskiej. The implementation of the project will contribute to increasing the availability of social services in the Janów Lubelski commune by adapting the building to create social housing and protected housing. As part of the project’s material scope, 10 apartments (including 9 social and 1 protected) will be created in the building covered by the project. The number of people to live in the created apartments is 38 and the number of people waiting for the apartment is 49. The building is not currently in use. The building has two floors and stropods. The building is equipped with water-channel and energy installations. The investment includes reconstruction of the building and connections. Surface area of 287 m². Free area of 1383 m². Usable area of 381.87 m², including ground floor 195.84 m², first floor 186.03 m². Along with the modernisation of the building and connections, there will also be a gravity sanitary sewer system with a total length of 173.1 m and a section of pressure drainage with a length of 128.2 m. The supply of water will be made from the existing water supply network. The power supply will be implemented from a newly designed nn cable connection. There will be an improvement in the quality of services provided through the use of modern information technologies (a computer network that also enables the connection of rehabilitation and medical equipment), and in case of threats, the safety of facilities and users together with the environment will be ensured by the execution of video surveillance connected to the urban network.
