Celem projektu jest poprawa jakości środowiska naturalnego w gminie poprzez kompleksową termomodernizację budynku Szkoły Podstawowej w Sułowie zlokalizowanego w miejscowości Sułów na terenie Gminy Sułów - działki o nr ewid. 492/2, 493/1, 494 i 1512 obręb 0011 Sułów. W ramach projektu wykonane zostaną roboty budowlane polegające na kompleksowej termomodernizacji budynku. Przedsięwzięcie obejmuje roboty polegające na wykonaniu ociepleń ścian zewnętrznych, ścian podpiwniczenia i cokołów budynku, wykonanie ocieplenia stropu budynku, wymianę stolarki okiennej drewnianej na okna z PCV, wymianę drzwi wejściowych do budynku na aluminiowe o ciepłym profilu, wymianę kotła węglowego na kocioł ekologiczny opalany pelletem o mocy 160 kW na potrzeby centralnego ogrzewania wraz z wymianą instalacji centralnego ogrzewania oraz wymianę opraw oświetleniowych tradycyjnych na oprawy typu LED. Dodatkowo projekt zakłada wdrożenie systemu pomiaru, monitoringu i zarządzania wykorzystaniem energii. Przedmiotowy projekt jest spójny z "Planem gospodarki niskoemisyjnej". Roczne oszczędności kosztów energii wyniosą 44 897,74 zł/rok. Audyt efektywności energetycznej wykazał, że dzięki termomodernizacji możliwe będzie zmniejszenie rocznego zapotrzebowania na energię o 53,19 %. W wyniku realizacji projektu ilość zaoszczędzonej energii cieplnej wyniesie 1 363,90 GJ/rok, zmniejszenie zużycia energii pierwotnej - 1 121 972,22 kWh/rok, produkcja energii cieplnej z nowo wybudowanej instalacji OZE - 354,72 MWht/rok, spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych 98,29 tCO2/rok, produkcja energii cieplnej z nowo wybudowanych mocy wytwórczych wykorzystujących OZE - 354,72 MWht/rok, dodatkowa zdolność wytwarzania energii ze źródeł odnawialnych 0,16 MW. Docelową grupą, do której jest skierowany projekt, są bezpośredni użytkownicy budynku Szkoły Podstawowej, z którego korzysta 204 osoby, w tym 176 uczniów, 23 nauczycieli i 5 osób obsługi. Zdecydowanie poprawią im się warunki nauki i pracy - w zimie będzie im cieplej. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to improve the quality of the natural environment in the commune through a comprehensive thermomodernisation of the building of the Primary School in Sułów, located in the town of Sułów in the municipality of Sułów – plot with evid. 492/2, 493/1, 494 and 1512 of 0011 Suls. As part of the project, construction works consisting of comprehensive thermomodernisation of the building will be carried out. The project includes works consisting of making insulation of external walls, cellar walls and bases of the building, execution of insulation of the ceiling of the building, replacement of wooden carpentry with PVC windows, replacement of entrance doors to the building with a warm profile, replacement of coal boiler with an eco-fired boiler with a capacity of 160 kW for central heating, exchange of central heating systems and replacement of LED lighting fittings for traditional lighting fittings. In addition, the project assumes the implementation of a system of measurement, monitoring and management of energy use. This project is consistent with the low-carbon economy plan. Annual energy cost savings will amount to PLN 44 897.74/year. The Energy Efficiency Audit showed that the annual energy demand could be reduced by 53.19 % by thermo-modernisation. As a result of the project, the amount of thermal energy saved will be 1 363.90 GJ/year, reduction of primary energy consumption – 1121972.22 kWh/year, production of heat from newly built RES installation – 354.72 MWht/year, decrease in greenhouse gas emissions of 98.29 tCO2/year, production of heat from newly built RES capacity – 354.72 MWht/year, additional capacity to produce energy from renewable sources 0.16 MW. The target group to which the project is addressed are the direct users of the Elementary School building, which is used by 204 people, including 176 pupils, 23 teachers and 5 staff. They will definitely improve their learning and working conditions – they will be warmer in winter. (English)
