Celem głównym projektu jest dostosowanie oferty szkolnictwa zawodowego do potrzeb rynku pracy w pow. puławskim. Uzupełnia go cel pomocniczy: poprawa jakości i efektywności kształcenia zawodowego w pow. puławskim. Do osiągnięcia ww. celów przyczyni się realizacja zadań: *Modernizacja i dostosowanie pracowni technologii gastronomicznej w SOSW (m.in. dostosowanie stanowisk pracy ucznia, przebudowa instalacji elektrycznej, wod-kan i wentylacji), laboratorium diagnostyczne i anatomiczno-zootechnicznej w ZS3 (dostosowanie stanowisk pracy ucznia, przebudowa instalacji elektrycznej, wod-kan) oraz p. fryzjerskiej w ZS1 (dostosowanie stanowisk pracy ucznia, przebudowa instalacji elektrycznej, wod-kan). *Wyposażenie w nowoczesny sprzęt w oparciu o rekomendacje KOWEZiU 33 pracowni/warsztatów dla 19 zawodów (w tym większość to inteligentne specjalizacje) Zarówno prace modernizacyjne jaki i wyposażenie przyczynią się do zindywidualizowania podejścia do ucznia (mniejsze grupy uczniów). Projekt obejmuje koszty promocji, prac przygotowawczych, nadzorów i zarządzania projektem. W ramach projektu wdrożony zostanie system badania losów absolwentów i pomocy kandydatom/uczniom w wyborze kierunku/specjalizacji. Kluczowym rezultatem projektu jest rzeczywista liczba użytkowników infrastruktury, która w XII 2019r. wyniesie 1244 uczniów. Wskaźnik produktu to 8 wspartych obiektów, wyposażonych w 299 szt. sprzętu i potencjał wspartej infrastruktury obejmujący 1258 uczniów. Bezpośrednią grupą docelową są uczniowie, pośrednio z rezultatów projektu będą korzystali przedsiębiorcy funkcjonujący na terenie pow. puławskiego, nauczyciele i mieszkańcy. Podstawowym efektem realizacji projektu jest wzmocniona współpraca z lokalnymi przedsiębiorcami, wzmocnienie kształcenia zawodowego (zwiększenie zdawalności egzaminów zawodowych) oraz większa popularyzacja szkolnictwa zawodowego. Dzięki projektowi zwiększy się liczba wykwalifikowanych specjalistów w branżach pożądanych na lokalnym rynku pracy. (Polish)

The main aim of the project is to adapt the offer of vocational education to the needs of the labour market in the Puławy district. It is complemented by ancillary objective: improving the quality and effectiveness of vocational training in the Puławy region. The achievement of the following objectives will contribute to the achievement of the following objectives: *Modernisation and adaptation of catering technology laboratory in SOSW (including adaptation of student workstations, reconstruction of electrical installations, water and sewerage systems), diagnostic and anatomical-zootechnical laboratory in ZS3 (adaptation of the student’s workstations, reconstruction of electrical installations, water and sewerage system) and the barber’s office in ZS1 (adaptation of the student’s workstation, reconstruction of electrical installations, water and sewerage system). *Equipment with modern equipment based on KOWEZiU recommendations 33 workshops/workshops for 19 professions (most of which are intelligent specialisations) Both modernisation and equipment will contribute to individualising the approach to the student (less groups of students). The project covers the costs of promotion, preparatory work, supervision and project management. Within the framework of the project, a system will be implemented to examine the fate of graduates and help candidates/students in choosing the direction/specialisation. The key result of the project is the actual number of users of the infrastructure, which will reach 1244 pupils in XII 2019. The product index is 8 supported facilities, equipped with 299 pieces of equipment and the potential of supported infrastructure comprising 1258 pupils. The direct target group is students, indirectly the results of the project will be used by entrepreneurs operating in the Puławy area, teachers and residents. The main effect of the project is enhanced cooperation with local entrepreneurs, strengthening vocational training (increasing the passing of vocational exams) and increasing the popularisation of vocational education. The project will increase the number of qualified professionals in the sectors desired on the local labour market. (English)
