Głównym celem projektu jest wdrożenie wyników prac B+R, przeprowadzonych na zlecenie Wnioskodawcy. Wdrożenie wyników dotyczyć ma segmentu działalności produkcyjnej Wnioskodawcy, a zaplanowane rezultaty to udoskonalenie procesu produkc. w zakresie obecnej produkcji urządzeń i maszyn dla przemysłu spożywczego, podniesienie konkurencyjności i dywersyfikacja oferty, poprzez jej rozszerzenie o nowy produkt - przeciwprądowy mieszalnik krajanki buraczanej (zaparzalnik). Realizacja projektu polegać będzie na przeprowadzeniu prac budowlanych, nabyciu środków trwałych oraz wartości niematerialnych i prawnych, które posłużą do zorganizowania ulepszanego i nowego procesu produkcyjnego w oparciu o innowację procesową, produktową i organizacyjną rekomendowaną do wdrożenia w sprawozdaniu z przeprowadzonych prac B+R. Zakres rzeczowy projektu został tak dobrany, aby zapewnić moce produkcyjne wystarczające do zapewnienia zaplanowanego poziomu sprzedaży produktów, oraz aby skutecznie wdrożyć wszystkie innowacyjne rozwiązania, na których ulepszana i nowa działalność ma się opierać. Wymienić tu należy przede wszystkim oparcie procesu produkcyjnego o m. in. metodę spawania orbitalnego oraz sprzęgnięcie i integrację procesu produkcyjnego na wszystkich jego etapach - począwszy od przyjęcia zamówienia, zaprojektowania i wyceny produktu, po jego wydanie klientowi, w oparciu o nowoczesne technologie informacyjne i komunikacyjne: zestaw narzędzi informatycznych, służących do projektowania, kosztorysowania produktów, oraz zapewnienia jednolitego obiegu informacji o docelowym produkcie i elementów potrzebnych do jego wykonania, w obrębie całego zakładu.Za opracowanie budżetu projektu odpowiedzialny był Właściciel - poszczególne pozycje zostały dobrane przede wszystkim mając na celu poprawność wdrożenia wyników prac B+R. The main objective of the project is to implement the results of R & D work carried out on behalf of the Applicant. Implementation of the results will concern the segment of production activity of the Applicant, and the planned results are the improvement of the production process in the scope of the current production of equipment and machinery for the food industry, increasing competitiveness and diversification of the offer, by extending it to a new product – anti-current mixer of beet slices. The project will consist of building works, acquisitions of fixed assets and intangible assets, which will be used to organise an improved and new production process based on process, product and organisational innovation recommended for implementation in the R & D report. The material scope of the project has been chosen to provide sufficient capacity to ensure the planned level of sales of products, and to implement effectively all the innovative solutions on which the improved and new activities are based. First of all, the production process is based on, among others, the method of orbital welding and the coupling and integration of the production process at all stages – from the acceptance of the order, design and valuation of the product, to its delivery to the customer, based on modern information and communication technologies: a set of IT tools for designing, estimating products and ensuring a uniform circulation of information about the target product and the elements needed for its execution, throughout the plant.The Owner was responsible for drafting the project budget – individual items were selected primarily to ensure correct implementation of the R & D results.
