Ustawa z o zatrudnieniu socjalnym określa sposób funkcjonowania CIS. Z diagnozy klastra CIS/KIS wynika, że w woj. lubuskim istnieje niewystarczająca ilość CIS-ów, co utrudnia dostęp do kompleksowych usług osobom zagrożonym wykluczeniem społecznym i ubóstwem,a istniejące Centra nie zapewniają w pełni kompleksowej oferty uczestnikom. Jest to możliwe jedynie w warunkach działania wszystkich CIS w jednolitym standardzie. W RPO wskazano także problem wykluczenia społecznego i ubóstwa z tendencją powielania problemów w kolejnych pokoleniach. Dlatego projekt pn. "Wystandaryzowane wsparcie osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym i ubóstwem poprzez utworzenie nowego CIS i wsparcie 6 dotychczas istniejących CIS na terenie woj. lubuskiego." zakłada objęcie reintegracją społeczno-zawodową 280 os. zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym i ubóstwem z woj. lubuskiego. Lider i partnerzy zrealizują poprzez działania projektowe wskazany cel główny poprzez poprawę dostępu do wystandaryzowanych usług reintegracyjnych w 6 istniejących i 1 utworzonym CIS woj. lubuskiego w czasie trwania projektu. The Social Employment Act specifies how the CIS operates. The diagnosis of the CIS/KIS cluster shows that there is insufficient CIS in the Lubuskie Voivodship, which hampers access to comprehensive services for people at risk of social exclusion and poverty, and existing Centres do not provide a fully comprehensive offer to participants. This is only possible under the operating conditions of all CIS in a uniform standard. The RPO also identified the problem of social exclusion and poverty, with a tendency to duplicate problems in successive generations. That’s why Project Mon. “The standardised support for people at risk of social exclusion and poverty through the creation of a new CIS and supporting the 6 existing CIS in Lubuskie Voivodship” implies that 280 people at risk of social exclusion and poverty from the Lubuskie Voivodship should be reintegrated into social and occupational reintegration. The leader and partners will achieve through the project activities the main objective by improving access to standardised reintegration services in the existing 6 and 1 created CIS of Lubuskie voivodship during the project.
