Projekt polega na budowie sieci kanalizacji sanitarnej i deszczowej, rozbudowie i przebudowie istniejącej oczyszczalni ścieków w miejscowości Warta ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem rozbudowy i przebudowy układu gospodarki osadowej, zakupie urządzeń do eksploatacji sieci kanalizacyjnej, a także na wdrożeniu system monitoringu i zarządzania siecią wodociągową, siecią kanalizacji sanitarnej i siecią kanalizacji deszczowej w aglomeracji Warty. Projekt spełnia wszystkie cele programowe i przyczynia się w szczególności do poprawy jakości życia mieszkańców oraz ochrony środowiska naturalnego Warty poprzez modernizację procesu oczyszczania ścieków wraz z niezbędną infrastrukturą. Oczyszczalnia, do której będą odprowadzane ścieki, spełnia wymogi określone w załączniku I.B do Dyrektywy nr 91/271/EWG. Projekt wynika z Tabeli głównej Master Planu dla dyrektywy Rady 91/271/EWG, zgodnie z którą RLM rzeczywiste dla aglomeracji Warta wynosi 3 805. Projekt jest realizowany na obszarze aglomeracji od 2 do poniżej 10 tys. RLM. W wyniku realizacji projektu nastąpi standaryzacja systemu oczyszczania ścieków komunalnych i ochrona lokalnego środowiska wodnego (likwidacja istniejących zbiorników bezodpływowych) w wyniku rozbudowy i przebudowy oczyszczalni ścieków i objęcia siecią kanalizacyjną nowych gospodarstw w Warcie. Dzięki realizacji projektu wzrośnie jakość życia mieszkańców Gminy oraz polepszy się stan środowiska naturalnego. Realizacja projektu pozwoli na korzystanie z nowej, spełniającej wymagane normy infrastruktury, jednocześnie stanowiąc ochronę dla lokalnego środowiska wodnego przed zrzutem nieoczyszczonych ścieków do wód i gleb. Nastąpi zwiększenie bezpieczeństwa oraz efektywności istniejącej sieci kanalizacyjnej. Liczba osób, które skorzystają z ulepszonego oczyszczania ścieków – łącznie 1353 osób, w tym 364 osoby w nowo podłączonych gospodarstwach. The project consists of the construction of a sanitary and rainwater sewerage system, the extension and reconstruction of the existing sewage treatment plant in Warta, with particular emphasis on the expansion and reconstruction of the sedimentary system, the purchase of equipment for the operation of the sewage network, as well as the implementation of the monitoring and management system of the water supply network, sanitary sewage system and the rainwater sewage system in the Warta agglomeration. The project meets all programme objectives and contributes in particular to improving the quality of life of residents and protecting the environment of Warta by modernising the waste water treatment process with the necessary infrastructure. The treatment plant to which waste water is to be discharged shall comply with the requirements set out in Annex I.B to Directive 91/271/EEC. The project follows from the Master Plan Master Table for Council Directive 91/271/EEC, according to which RLM actual for the Warta agglomeration is 3 805. The project is implemented in the agglomeration area from 2 to less than 10 thousand. IT’S AN RLM. The project will result in standardisation of the municipal waste water treatment system and the protection of the local aquatic environment (decommissioning of existing waste water tanks) as a result of the extension and reconstruction of sewage treatment plants and the inclusion of new farms in Warta. Thanks to the implementation of the project, the quality of life of residents of the municipality will increase and the environment will improve. The implementation of the project will allow the use of new infrastructure that meets the required standards, while protecting the local aquatic environment from discharge of untreated sewage into water and soils. The safety and efficiency of the existing sewerage network will be improved. The number of people who will benefit from improved waste water treatment – a total of 1353 people, including 364 people on newly connected farms. The project was prepared in accordance with the assumptions of the universal design concept. (English)
