Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa budynku Przedszkola w Gomunicach w technologii budownictwa pasywnego. Zaplanowano budynek piętrowy, niepodpiwniczony o powierzchni całkowitej 1.235 m2. Program użytkowy został rozmieszczony na 2 kondygnacjach, przy założeniach funkcjonalnych przedszkola dla 150 dzieci. Obliczone jednostkowe zapotrzebowanie na energię końcową bez urządzeń pomocniczych dla przedmiotowego budynku wynosi 14,8 kWh/m2/rok. Zadania przewidziane w projekcie: 1. Prace przygotowawcze 2. Budowa budynku Przedszkola w Gomunicach w technologii budownictwa pasywnego 3. Przeprowadzenie akcji promocyjnych i informacyjnych 4. Zarządzanie projektem i jego obsługa Projekt będzie miał charakter demonstracyjny i pozwoli na rozpowszechnienie zastosowanych w ramach projektu innowacyjnych rozwiązań, mających na celu zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania budynku na energię końcową. Zastosowany system BMS umożliwi wizualizację i prezentację funkcjonowania budynku przedszkola w zakresie konsumpcji energii. Podjęte działania w ramach projektu umożliwią realizację celu głównego jakim jest poprawa jakości powietrza poprzez zmniejszenie emisji dwutlenku węgla do atmosfery. Projekt będzie realizowany na terenie gminy Gomunice. Jego odbiorcami będą mieszkańcy Gminy Gomunice, w szczególności użytkownicy budynku (dzieci, ich rodzice oraz personel przedszkola). Upowszechnienie wyników projektu oraz jego pozytywny wpływ na środowisko naturalne spowoduje, że odbiorcami projektu będą mieszkańcy całego województwa łódzkiego oraz podmioty publiczne i prywatne funkcjonujące na tym obszarze. Projekt uwzględnia koncepcję projektowania uniwersalnego poprzez zaprojektowanie i wykonanie budynku jak i jego otoczenia jako dostępnego dla niepełnosprawnych, mając na celu promowania społeczeństwa włączającego wszystkich obywateli, (w tym osoby niepełnosprawne, dzieci, osoby starsze) i zapewnienie im równości w dostępie do powstałej infrastruktury. The subject of the project is the construction of the kindergarten building in Gomunice in passive construction technology. A two-storey building is planned, with a total area of 1,235 m². The utility program was placed on 2 floors, with functional preschools for 150 children. The calculated unit final energy demand without ancillary equipment for the building concerned is 14,8 kWh/m²/year. Tasks foreseen in the project: 1. Preparatory work 2. Construction of the Preschool building in Gomunice in passive construction technology 3. Carrying out promotional and information activities 4. Project management and its operation The project will be demonstrative and will allow for the dissemination of innovative solutions used in the project, aimed at reducing the building’s demand for final energy. The BMS system used will allow visualisation and presentation of the functioning of the kindergarten building in the field of energy consumption. The actions undertaken under the project will enable the main objective of improving air quality by reducing CO emissions into the atmosphere. The project will be implemented in the municipality of Gomunice. Its recipients will be residents of the municipality of Gomunice, in particular users of the building (children, their parents and kindergarten staff). The dissemination of the results of the project and its positive impact on the environment will result in the recipients of the project being residents of the entire Łódź Voivodeship, as well as public and private entities operating in this area. The project incorporates the concept of universal design through the design and construction of the building and its surroundings as accessible to the disabled, with the aim of promoting a society involving all citizens (including people with disabilities, children, the elderly) and ensuring equality in access to the infrastructure created.
