Projekt zakłada budowę pasywnego budynku biurowego na potrzeby administracji i studentów PŁ wraz z wymianą oświetlenia zewnętrznego na energooszczędne. Projektuje się budynek biurowy o ch. demonstracyjnym. ( typ projektu nr 1), tj. Zakłada budowę pasywnego budynku użyteczności publicznej polegającego na projekcie demonstracyjnym jak i modernizację oświetlenia publicznego z wykorzystaniem energooszczędnych i ekologicznych technologii. Teren kampusu A PŁ jako lokalizacja oświetlenia jest ogólnodostępny, publiczny a korzystanie z infrastruktury będzie bezpłatne. Modernizacja oświetlenia stanowi koszt niekwalifikowalny projektu. Obejmuje prace prowadzone w celu poprawy efektywności energet-nej infrastruktury oświetleniowej. Modernizacja istniejącego oświetlenia ma na celu poprawę jakości oświetlenia, zwiększenia bezpieczeństwa użytkowników oraz zapewnienie niskiego zużycia energii. Inwestycja obejmuje budowę budynku biurowego, podpiwniczonego, czterokondygnacyjnego z poddaszem użytkowym. Funkcja obiektu powiązana jest z potrzebami administracji i studentów PŁ. Projekt spełnia definicję budynku pasywnego. Grupy docelowe: Politechnika Łódzka, Studenci, Władze, pracownicy naukowi, pracownicy administracyjni, obsługa Uczelni, Inne podmioty i jednostki współpracujące z Uczelnią, mieszkańcy woj. łódzkiego, w tym Łodzi. Projekt jest podzielony na 4 zadania (1.Prace przygotowawcze,2.Budowa budynku pasywnego, 3. Modernizacja oświetlenia zewnętrznego (koszt zadania nr 3 jest niekwalifikowalny), 4. Zarządzanie i promocja projektu). Budynek przewidziany jest na cele dydaktyczne i biurowe. Projekt uwzględnia koncepcję uniwersalnego projektowania, obiekt dostosowany będzie do potrzeb niepełnosprawnych, bez możliwości odstępstw od stosowania wymagań prawnych w zakresie dostępności dla ON wynikających z obow.-ch przepisów pr.bud. The project involves the construction of a passive office building for the needs of the administration and students of PŁ together with the exchange of external lighting with energy-efficient lighting. An office building is designed for demonstration purposes. (Project type 1), i.e. It assumes the construction of a passive public utility building consisting of a demonstration project as well as the modernisation of public lighting using energy-efficient and environmentally friendly technologies. The campus area A PŁ as a lighting location is public, and use of the infrastructure will be free of charge. Modernisation of lighting is an ineligible cost of the project. Includes work to improve the efficiency of energy lighting infrastructure. The modernisation of existing lighting is aimed at improving lighting quality, improving user safety and ensuring low energy consumption. The investment includes the construction of an office building, a cellared, four-storey building with a utility loft. The function of the object is linked to the needs of the administration and students of the Warsaw University. The project meets the definition of passive building. Target groups: Lodz University of Technology, Students, Authorities, scientists, administrative staff, university service, other entities and units cooperating with the University, residents of the Łódź Voivodeship, including Łódź. The project is divided into 4 tasks (1.Preparatory work,2.Construction of passive building, 3. Modernisation of external lighting (the cost of task 3 is ineligible), 4. Project management and promotion). The building is designed for teaching and office purposes. The project takes into account the concept of universal design, the object will be adapted to the needs of the disabled, without the possibility of derogations from the application of legal requirements regarding accessibility for ON resulting from the regulations of pr.bud.
