Projekt obejmuje realizację działań termomodernizacyjnych w budynku mieszkalno-usługowym w Dańkowie w gminie Biała Rawska. Głównym celem projektu jest poprawa energetyczna przedmiotowego budynków poprzez kompleksowe działania termomodernizacyjne. Zaplanowana inwestycja w sposób zdecydowany przyczyni się do zwiększenia oszczędności wytwarzanej energii, optymalizacji kosztów eksploatacji budynku, a tym samym zmniejszenia emisji szkodliwych substancji do atmosfery.W ramach prac termomodernizacyjnych zostały przewidziane następujące prace: Zadanie 1 – Prace przygotowawcze - Zadanie obejmuje przygotowanie studium wykonalności, Zadanie 2 – Prace budowlane – Zadanie polega na wykonaniu prac termomodernizacyjnych dla budynku mieszkalno-usługowego w Dańkowie wynikających z załączonego audytu energetycznego i obejmuje: • Ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych o powierzchni 433 m2 • Ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych piwnic w gruncie o powierzchni 74 m2 • Ocieplenie dachu wraz z pokryciem papą termozgrzewalną o powierzchni 290 m2 • Wymiana okien o powierzchni 6,5m2 • Wymiana drzwi i wrót zewnętrznych o powierzchni 17,2 m2 • Wymiana instalacji c.o. • Wymiana instalacji c.w. Zadanie 3 – Prace towarzyszące - Zadanie obejmuje koszty dodatkowych prac budowlanych i wykończeniowych niezwiązanych bezpośrednio z pracami termomodernizacyjnymi. Zadanie 4 – Zarządzanie projektem i jego obsługa – Zadanie obejmuje koszty nadzoru inwestorskiego oraz promocji projektu. Przewidziane w ramach projektu działania pozwolą na zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania na energię przedmiotowego budynku o 67,4%, co przełoży się na obniżenie zużycia paliw konwencjonalnych i spowoduje ograniczenie emisji zanieczyszczeń powietrza. Projekt będzie realizowany na terenie gminy Biała Rawska. Jego odbiorcami będą lokatorzy zamieszkujący przedmiotowy budynek, pracownicy i pacjenci placówki zdrowotnej (parter budynku) oraz wszyscy mieszkańcy gminy Biała Rawska z uwagi na wpływ projektu na poprawę stanu środowiska naturalnego. The project includes the implementation of thermal modernisation activities in the residential and service building in Dańków in the Biała Rawska commune. The main objective of the project is to improve the energy of the buildings concerned through comprehensive thermo-modernisation measures. The planned investment will make a decisive contribution to increasing energy savings, optimising the building’s operating costs and thus reducing emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere.The following work was envisaged as part of the thermal modernisation work: Task 1 – Preparatory work – The task includes the preparation of a feasibility study, Task 2 – Construction works – The task consists of carrying out thermal retrofitting works for the residential and service building in Dańków resulting from the attached energy audit and includes: • Warming of the external walls of 433 m² • Warming of the outer walls of the cellars in the ground area of 74 m² • Roof warming and thermal insulation covering 290 m² • Replacement of windows with an area of 6.5 m² • Replacement of doors and doors with an area of 17.2 m² • Replacement of central heating installations • Replacement of hot water installations. Task 3 – Accompanying work – The task covers the costs of additional construction and finishing works. Task 4 – Project management and operation – The task includes the costs of investor supervision and project promotion. The measures envisaged in the project will reduce the energy demand of the building in question by 67.4 %, which will reduce the consumption of conventional fuels and reduce emissions of air pollutants. The project will be implemented in Biała Rawska commune. Its recipients will be tenants living in the building, employees and patients of the health centre (ground floor of the building) and all residents of the Biała Rawska commune due to the impact of the project on improving the environment.
