Celem głównym projektu jest zapewnienie utrzymania lub znalezienia zatrudnienia dla grupy 32 osób (31K, 1M), mieszkańców woj. łódzkiego - gminy Koluszki pracujących i pozostających bez pracy, opiekujących się dziećmi w wieku do lat 3. poprzez utworzenie 32 miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 na terenie woj. łódzkiego ( gmina Koluszki) oraz aktywizację zaw. 6 osób (6K) w okresie od 01.10.2019 do 30.09.2021. Projekt jest ukierunkowany na godzenie życia rodzinnego i zawodowego. Poprzez kompleksowe działania (tworzenie miejsc opieki i aktywizację) spowoduje wzrost aktywności zawod. i zdolności do zatrudnienia osób sprawujących opiekę nad dziećmi do lat 3. Realizacja projektu będzie promować równy dostęp K do zatrudnienia i rozwoju kariery. W ramach projektu zamierzamy zrealizować następujące zadania: - Prowadzenie żłobka - Aktywizacja zawodowa osób sprawujących opiekę nad dzieckiem do lat 3 - Wyposażenie żłobka - Adaptacja pomieszczeń na potrzeby funkcjonowania żłobka (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to ensure the maintenance or employment of a group of 32 people (31K, 1M), residents of the Łódź Voivodeship – Koluszki commune working and unemployed, taking care of children under the age of 3 through the creation of 32 childcare places under the age of 3 in the Łódź Voivodeship (Keluszko commune) and activation in. 6 people (6K) in the period from 01.10.2019 to 30.09.2021. The project is aimed at reconciling family and professional life. Through comprehensive actions (creating places of care and activation) it will result in an increase in occupational activity and employability of childcare workers under the age of 3. The implementation of the project will promote equal K access to employment and career development. As part of the project, we intend to carry out the following tasks: — Vocational activity of persons taking care of a child under the age of 3 – Crèche equipment – Adaptation of rooms for the purpose of the nursery’s operation (English)
