Przedmiotem projektu jest realizacja wsparcia doradczego, dotyczącego pobudzania transferu technologii, budowania sieci kontaktów gospodarczych i naukowych oraz komercjalizacji wyników prowadzonych prac B+R w firmie Image Citadel. Dzięki doradztwu w zakresie budowania i utrzymywania sieci powiązań między środowiskiem naukowym, a otoczeniem gospodarczym, spółka zamierza zwiększyć rozpoznawalność swojej marki na rynku oraz nawiązać nowe kontakty z przedstawicielami środowiska naukowo-biznesowego. Projekt umożliwi dotarcie do firm zainteresowanych dystrybucją technologii będącej efektem działalności spółki, a także inwestorów gotowych wesprzeć finansowo jej bieżącą działalność jak i działania rozwojowe. Prezentacja dotychczasowych osiągnięć i rezultatów prac spółki Image Citadel podczas spotkań biznesowych oraz publicznych prezentacji, pozwoli zebrać informację na temat oczekiwań klientów końcowych produktów opracowywanych przez spółkę. Dane pozyskane w ten sposób, staną się obok analizy rynku, analizy ekonomicznej oraz analizy technicznej, podstawowym źródłem danych niezbędnych do planowania dalszych prac B+R. Zacieśnienie współpracy z otoczeniem gospodarczo – naukowym, przyczyni się do wymiany wiedzy i doświadczeń po między podmiotami zainteresowanymi komercjalizacją efektów prac B+R spółki, a co za tym idzie wpłynie na pobudzenie szeroko pojętego rynku nowych technologii. Na obecnym etapie rozwoju spółki, wyjątkowo istotne i przydatne okaże się, zawarte w projekcie doradztwo w zakresie zawierania umów dotyczących kooperacji, współpracy badawczo-rozwojowej, licencji oraz przeniesienia autorskich praw majątkowych, co wzmocni bezpieczeństwo własności intelektualnej w firmie oraz obniży ryzyko pojawienia się nieściągalnych należności. Wszystkie zawarte w projekcie działania, mają na celu umożliwienie i ułatwienie efektywnego transferu technologii opracowywanej przez spółkę Image Citadel. (Polish)

The subject of the project is the implementation of advisory support concerning the stimulation of technology transfer, networking of economic and scientific contacts and commercialisation of R & D results at Image Citadel. Through its advice on building and maintaining a network of links between the scientific community and the business environment, the company intends to increase the visibility of its brand on the market and establish new contacts with representatives of the scientific and business community. The project will make it possible to reach companies interested in distributing technology resulting from the company’s activities, as well as investors willing to financially support its current activity as well as development activities. Presentation of Image Citadel’s achievements and results during business meetings and public presentations will help to gather information about the expectations of end customers of products developed by the company. The data obtained in this way will become in addition to market analysis, economic analysis and technical analysis, the basic source of data necessary to plan further R & D works. Increasing cooperation with the economic and scientific environment will contribute to the exchange of knowledge and experience between stakeholders interested in the commercialisation of the company’s R & D effects, and thus will stimulate the broadly understood market of new technologies. At the present stage of the company’s development, it will be extremely important and useful to advise on the conclusion of cooperation agreements, R & D cooperation, licenses and transfer of property rights, which will strengthen the security of intellectual property in the company and reduce the risk of irrecoverable receivables. All activities included in the project are designed to enable and facilitate effective transfer of technology developed by Image Citadel. (English)
