CEL PROJEKTU: pobudzenie transferu technologii i procesu komercjalizacji wyników prac badawczo-rozwojowych z zakresu medycyny/lecznictwa uzdrowiskowego/balneorehabilitacji w zakresie chorób układu ruchu i kardiologii w OB-R Integra-Tor LTD Spółka z o.o. DZIAŁANIA: a)usługi doradcze w zakresie innowacji: Usługi wsparcia innowacji - udostępnienie przestrzeni biurowej (12 miesięcy), Usługi doradcze w zakresie innowacji - Doradztwo w zakresie zawierania umów licencyjnych oraz o przeniesienia autorskich praw majątkowych (12h), - Usługi doradcze w zakr. innow. - Doradztwo w zakresie zawierania umów o współpracę badawczo – rozwojową, świadczenie usług badawczych oraz opracowanie wzorów ww dokumentów(18h), Usługi wsparcia innowacji -Przeprowadzenie badań rynku dla nowych produktów (2 badania fokusowe na grupie mi.10 osób głównie z branży medycyny uzdrowiskowej), Usługi wsparcia innowacji - udostępnienie laboratorium (26 dni) usługi wsparcia innowacji. b)usługi doradcze w zakresie budowy i utrzymania sieci powiązań między środ. nauk. a otoczeniem gosp.: Doradztwo w zakresie budowania i utrzymywania sieci powiązań (wskazanie potencjalnych obszarów współpracy i klastrów branżowych, izb gospodarczych i innych organizacji przedsiębiorców (26h), - Doradztwo w zakresie zawierania umów o powiązaniu kooperacyjnym (10h) (umowa konsorcjum, umowa klastrowa). c)usługi związane z nawiązywanie kontaktów i organizacja spotkań z przedst. środowiska nauk. i gosp. służących inicjowaniu procesów komercjalizacji wyników badań nauk.: - Kompleksowa organizacja wizyty studyjnej i spotkania networkingowego z przedst. środowiska nauk. ACTIONS: innovation advisory services: Innovation support services – making office space available (12 months), Innovation advisory services – Consulting on licensing agreements and on the transfer of copyright (12h), – Innovative advisory services. — Advising on the conclusion of research and development cooperation agreements, the provision of research services and the development of the abovementioned documents(18h), Innovation Support Services – Market research for new products (2 focus studies on the group of mi.10 people mainly from the health medicine sector), Innovation Support Services – making the laboratory available (26 days) innovation support services. b) advisory services in the construction and maintenance of the network of links between the sciences and the gosp’s environment: Consultancy in building and maintaining networks (indicating potential areas of cooperation and industry clusters, chambers of commerce and other business organisations (26h), – Advising on conclusion of cooperation agreements (10h) (consortium contract, cluster agreement). c)services related to establishing contacts and organising meetings with the preceding scientific community. — Comprehensive organisation of a study visit and networking meeting from the science community.
