CEL PROJEKTU: Podniesienie do X.2023 r. atrakcyjności i jakości kształcenia praktycznego na kier. Pielęgniarstwo w PWSZ w Chełmie oraz kompetencji zawodowych i kwalifikacji absolwentów kierunku, odpowiadających na potrzeby epidemiologiczno-demograficzne kraju poprzez realizację programu rozwojowego dla 36 stud. kier. Pielęgniarstwo.Uczestniczki/-cy projektu(program rozwojowy): 36 stud.(33K/3M) rozpoczynających kształcenie na kier. Pielęgniarstwo w PWSZ w r. akad. 2018/2019 (tj. ok. 50% planowanej liczby osób, przyjętych na I rok studiów licencjackich I stopnia). Uczestnicy programu rozwoju absolw.: 27 os.(26K/1M).Działania w proj. dotyczą wsparcia wykraczającego poza program kształcenia na kier. pielęgniarstwo(KD3), nie są wspierane w ramach innych osi POWER (brak podwójnego finansowania). Projekt real. jest w formie partnerstwa uczelni kształcącej na kier.Pielęgniarstwo z podmiotami leczniczymi(KP1). Wykorzystane zostaną najlepsze praktyki, wiedza, doświadczenie i potencjał partnerów do zapewnienia jak najwyższych standardów realizacji działań. Zarówno programy praktyk, jak i dodatkowe zajęcia specjalistyczne dla absolw. ukierunkowane będą na wykształcenie w pełni profesjonalnych kadr, mogących sprostać wyzwaniom rynku.Projekt zakłada real.4 działań w ramach programu rozwojowego uczelni: programu styp., finansowanie obowiązkowych i ponadprogram. praktyk zawod., dostosowanie ich jakości warunków i zasad odbywania do Europejskiej Ramy Jakości Praktyk i Staży oraz szkolenia z zakresu komunikacji z pacjentami. Praktyki ponadprogramowe real. wyłącznie w placówkach: podstawowej opieki zdrowotnej lub/i na oddziałach onkologii lub/i na oddziałach geriatrycznych/placówkach opieki długoterminowej/placówkach opieki paliatywno-hospicyjnej lub/i oddziałach kardiologii i/lub oddziałach psychiatrycznych i/lub oddziałach reumatologii/ortopedii i/lub oddziałach pediatrii/neonatologii i/lub oddziałach pulmonologii (KD1)oraz 5 kursów specjal. w ramach programu rozwoju absolw. OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT: Increase by X.2023 the attractiveness and quality of practical training for hearts. Nursing at PWSZ in Chełm as well as professional competences and qualifications of graduates, responding to the epidemiological-demographic needs of the country through the implementation of the development programme for 36 studies of hearts. Nursing.Participants of the project(development programme): 36 student(33K/3M) starting education in hearts. Nursing at PWSZ in akad. 2018/2019 (i.e. approx. 50 % of the planned number of persons admitted to the first year of undergraduate studies). Participants of the Graduate Development Programme: 27 person(26K/1M).The project activities concern support beyond the nursing training programme(DD3), not supported under other POWER axes (no double funding). The real project is in the form of a partnership of a university educating for curriculum.Caring with medicinal entities(KP1). Best practices, knowledge, experience and potential of partners will be used to ensure the highest possible standards of implementation. Both internship programmes and additional specialised activities for graduates will focus on the education of fully professional staff, able to meet the challenges of the market.The project assumes real.4 activities within the university’s development programme: the type programme, the financing of compulsory and supra-programme professional practices, their quality of working conditions and rules to the European Quality Framework for Practice and internship and training in the field of communication with patients. Extra-programme practice. only in establishments: primary healthcare or/and at oncology departments or/and at geriatric/long-term care facilities/pali-hospice sites and/or cardiology and/or psychiatric departments and/or rheumatology/orthopaedic departments and/or paediatric/neonatology and/or departments of pulmonology (KD1) and 5 special courses in the programme.
