Celem projektu jest podniesienie kluczowych kompet. na rynku pracy przez 32 studentów kierunku Zarządzanie ryzykiem finansowym stud. stacjon.II st.UEP poprzez opracowanie,nowego programu kształc. o profilu praktycznym w ramach studiów dualnych, dostosowanych do potrzeb społ-gosp., uruchomienie i realizację całego cyklu kształcenia we współpracy z pracodawcami, np. Raiffeisen Bank Pl S.A. Program kształc.będzie realiz.na terenie woj.wlkp. i na potrzeby woj.wlkp. Projekt bedzie realizowaniy w okresie od 02.01.2017 do 31.10.19 r. Założeniem projektu jest ścisła współpraca z pracodawcami w szczególności z Raiffeisen Bank Pl w celu dostosowania oferty kształcenia UEP do potrzeb społeczno-gospodarczych i podniesienia kompetencji studentów w zakresie kluczowym dla pracodawców. Projekt przewiduje realizację następujących zadań: 1.Opracowanie i uruchomienie kierunku Zarządzanie ryzykiem finansowym na studiach stacjonarnych II stopnia 2.Realizacja całego cyklu kształcenia na kierunku Zarządzanie ryzykiem finansowym na studiach stacjonarnych II stopnia W ramach zad.1.zostanie powołany zespół złożony z praktyków i nauczycieli akademickich ds.opracowania progr.kształc. W ramach zadania opracowane zostaną sylabusy(25) do wszystkich przedmiotów (każdy sylabus będzie efektem wspólnej pracy prac.naukowych i praktyków i będzie dostosowany zakresem do potrzeb społ.gosp.) W ramach zad.2 zostanie zrealizowany cały cykl kształcenia w ramach nowo utworzonego kierunku. Program bedzie realizowany w formule studiów dualnych,co oznacza że 50%zajęć będzie realizowanych w formie praktycznej przez pracodawców w szególności pracowników Raiffeisen Bank Pl. Dzięki nowo utworzonemu programowi kształcenia na przedmiotowym kierunku studenci nabędą praktyczną wiedzę i umiejętności pożądane na rynku pracy, a program będzie realizowany zgodnie z Regionalną Strategia Innowacji Wojewódzwa Wielkopolskiego aby skutecznie wykorzystać potencjał wynikacący z regional (Polish)

The aim of the project is to raise key competences. on the labour market by 32 students in the field of Financial Risk Management of the Study Station.II st.EUP by developing a new training programme with a practical profile within the framework of dual studies, tailored to the needs of the community, launching and implementing the entire cycle of education in cooperation with employers, e.g. Raiffeisen Bank Pl S.A. The training programme will be implemented in the area of the voivodship and for the needs of the voivodship. The project will be implemented in the period from 02.01.2017 to 31.10.19. The aim of the project is to work closely with employers in particular with Raiffeisen Bank Pl in order to adapt the offer of EUP training to socio-economic needs and to improve the competence of students in the area of key employers. The project envisages the following tasks: 1.Developing and launching the course of Financial Risk Management at second-grade full-time studies 2.Implementation of the entire cycle of education in the field of Financial Risk Management at second-degree postgraduate studies As part of 1, a team of apprentices and academic teachers for development of progr. education will be established. As part of the task, syllabuses(25) will be developed for all subjects (each syllabus will be the result of joint work.Scientific work and practitioners and will be adapted to the needs of the community). The programme will be implemented in the dual study formula, which means that 50 % of activities will be carried out in practical form by employers in particular employees of Raiffeisen Bank Pl.Thanks to the newly created education programme in this field, students will acquire the practical knowledge and skills desired on the labour market, and the programme will be implemented in accordance with the Regional Innovation Strategy of the Wielkopolska Voivodship in order to effectively exploit the potential of regional (English)
