Niniejszy projekt będzie realizowany w okresie od 01.10.2017r. do 30.04.2019r. Planowana inicjatywa zakłada wzmocnienie współpracy pomiędzy nauką a biznesem i znajdzie odzwierciedlenie w wysoko wykwalifikowanej kadrze inżynierskiej, stanowiącej przyszłe kadry gospodarki. W ramach projektu przewidziano zadania, polegające na organizacji wysokiej jakości (120h/msc) stażych krajowych, w ramach których UP zostanie zapewnione: ubezpieczenie NWW, badania lekarskie, zwrot kosztów dojazdu i zakwaterowania. Stażysta otrzyma również stypendium stażowe wypłacane przez Wnioskodawcę za każdy m-ąc odbywania stażu. Stażyście zostanie przydzielony opiekun w miejscu odbywania stażu. Po ukończeniu stażu UP otrzyma certyfikat, poświadczający nabycie konkretnych umiejętności i kompetencji. Projekt przyczyni się do osiągnięcia celu szczegółowego PO WER, tj. „Podniesienie kompetencji osób uczestniczących w edukacji na poziomie wyższym, odpowiadających potrzebom gospodarki, rynku pracy i społeczeństwa”, w sposób znaczący, gdyż umożliwi 130 studentom ostatnich czterech semestrów studiów stacjonarnych I i ostatnich dwóch semestrów studiów II stopnia Wydziału Chemicznego Politechniki Łódzkiej wzrost umiejętności praktycznych oraz zdobycie doświadczenia zawodowego odpowiadającego na potrzeby sektora chemicznego i nanotechnologii. Wnioskodawca planuje objąć projektem grupę 130 studentów, w tym 80K i 50M. Celem staży jest ułatwienie studentom Wydziału Chemicznego Politechniki Łódzkiej wejścia na rynek pracy poprzez zdobycie doświadczenia zawodowego w branżach chemicznej, w tym nabycie wiedzy o możliwościach kariery w tych branżach oraz nabycie kompetencji w zakresie interpersonalnym. This project will be implemented in the period from 01.10.2017 to 30.04.2019. The planned initiative is to strengthen the cooperation between science and business and will be reflected in highly qualified engineering staff, which is the future of the economy. The project envisages tasks consisting of the organisation of high-quality (120h/mc) national traineeships, under which the PPO will ensure: NWW insurance, medical examinations, reimbursement of travel and accommodation costs. The trainee will also receive an internship scholarship paid by the Applicant for each internship. The trainee will be assigned a caregiver at the place of internship. Upon completion of the internship, UP will receive a certificate certifying the acquisition of specific skills and competences. The project will contribute to the specific objective of OP WER, i.e. “Improving the competences of people participating in higher education, responding to the needs of the economy, labour market and society”, significantly, as it will enable 130 students of the last four semesters of full-time studies and the last two semesters of second-cycle studies of the Faculty of Chemistry of Lodz University of Technology to increase practical skills and gain professional experience responding to the needs of the chemical and nanotechnology sectors. The applicant plans to cover a group of 130 students, including 80K and 50M. The aim of the internships is to make it easier for students of the Faculty of Chemistry of the Technical University of Lodz to enter the labour market by gaining professional experience in the chemical industries, including gaining knowledge about career opportunities in these industries and acquiring competences in the field of interpersonal.
