Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnieniaa i integracja na rynku pracy osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia, pozostających bez pracy w powiecie wielickim. Projekt zakłada rezultaty w postaci podjęcia zatrudnienia przez 165 osób. W ramach projektu, każdy uczestnik otrzyma konkretną ofertę aktywizacji zawodowej, dostosowanej do jego indywidualnych potrzeb, która będzie poprzedzona analizą sytuacji danego uczestnika na rynku pracy, jego predyspozycjami, umiejętnościami. The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities and the integration into the labour market of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Wielickie County. The project assumes results in the form of employment by 165 people. As part of the project, each participant will receive a specific offer of professional activation, tailored to their individual needs, which will be preceded by an analysis of the situation of a given participant on the labour market, its predispositions and skills.
