Celem głównym proj. jest podniesienie do 31.03.2019r. kompetencji zawodowych, komunikacyjnych, informatycznych, w zakresie przedsiębiorczości, analitycznych w dziedzinie ZP i ZProj. 210 (160K/50M) stud. studiów stacj. i niestacj. 3K, WNEiZ, UMK oczekiwanych przez pracod. na rynku pracy poprzez realizację szkoleń certyfikowanych, zajęć warsztatowych, zadań praktycznych w formie proj., wizyt studyjnych wdrażanych w ramach PRK na rzecz dalszego kształcenia i/lub zatrudniania abs. Grupą docelową jest 210 stud. ostatnich 2 sem., stacj. i niestacj. 3K, I i II st., zarówno osoby pełnosprawne, jak i niepełnosprawne, infras. – baza edukacyjna UMK jest dostosowana dla osób niepełnosprawnych, a wszelkie materiały będą udostępniane również w formie, które umożliwią osobom niepełnosprawnym korzystanie z czytników elektronicznych. Proj. przyczyni się do osiągnięcia celu szczegółowego PO WER poprzez realizację PRK WNEiZ UMK służącemu nabyciu przez 210 (160K/50M) stud. studiów stac. i niestac. ostatnich 2 sem. I i II st. kompetencji zawodowych, komunikacyjnych, informatycznych, w zakresie przedsiębiorczości, analitycznych oczekiwanych przez pracodawców na rynku pracy. Osiągnięcie wskaźnika rezultatu w proj. dot. odsetka abs. uczelni objętych wsparciem, którzy kontynuowali kształcenie lub podjęli zatrudnienie w ciągu 6 m-cy od zakończenia kształcenia, określonego na poziomie 40% przyczyni się do osiągnięcia wskaźnika rezultatu celu szczegółowego PO WER. Cele proj. będą zrealizowane poprzez realizację Zadań: Zadanie 1. Rozwój kompetencji interpersonalnych (w tym: BK). Zadanie 2. Kompetencje Zawodowe i Komunikacyjne z zakresu ZP. Zadanie 3. Szkolenie certyfikowane, warsztaty i zadania praktyczne z zakresu ZP i Modelów Referencyjnych (MR). Zadanie 4. Zajęcia dodatkowe z otoczeniem społ.-gosp. (Polish)

The main aim of the project is to increase the professional, communication, IT, entrepreneurship, analytical skills in the field of ZP and ZProj by 31.03.2019. 210 (160K/50M) student of studies become. and non-stop. 3K, WNEiZ, UMK expected by the workforce on the labour market through the implementation of certified trainings, workshops, practical tasks in the form of project, study visits implemented under the PRK for further education and/or hiring abs. The target group is 210 stud. last 2 sem., station and non-stop. 3K, I and II st., both full and disabled, infras. — the educational base of the Nicolaus Copernicus University is adapted for people with disabilities, and all materials will also be made available in a form that will enable people with disabilities to use electronic readers. The project will contribute to achieving the specific objective of PO WER through the implementation of the PRK WNEiZ UMK for the acquisition by 210 (160K/50M) of study studies, and not last 2 sem. I and II st. professional, communication, IT, entrepreneurship, analytical skills expected by employers on the labour market. Achieving the result indicator for the percentage of supported universities who have continued education or employment within 6 months of leaving education, set at 40 %, will contribute to the achievement of the specific objective of PO WER. The objectives of the project will be achieved through the implementation of the Tasks: Task 1. Development of interpersonal competences (including: (BK) Task 2. Professional and Communication Competences in the field of ZP. Task 3. Certified training, workshops and practical tasks in the field of ZP and Reference Models (MR). Task 4.
