Przedsięwzięcie obejmuje utworzenie innowacyjnego w skali kraju biura konstrukcyjnego, zajmującego się projektowaniem nadwozi i prototypów dla branży motoryzacyjnej na bazie lekkich materiałów kompozytowych. Projekt zakłada wdrożenie na rynek w pełni responsywnych usług, dotyczących kompleksowego opracowania i modelowania złożonych elementów nadwozi kompozytowych, co w perspektywie istniejącej konkurencji (ograniczającej usługi projektowania do pojedynczych części) należy uznawać za cechę istotnie wyróżniającą, stanowiącą kluczową przewagę konkurencyjną. Pomysł wpisuje się wprost w zasadę „One Stop Solution”, odpowiadając na bolączki branży, związane z rozdrobnieniem zleceń. Nasza autonomia i niezależność sprzyjać będą zainteresowaniu ze strony potencjalnych kontrahentów, zmierzających do eliminacji pobocznych zleceń i utrzymaniu pełnej kontroli procesu produkcji (utrudnione przy wielu dostawcach). Zaawansowane biuro konstrukcyjne, zlokalizowane w Jasionce pod adresem 954E (na terenie SSE) oraz forma świadczenia usług, oparta na wykorzystaniu technologii ICT umożliwią pozyskanie klientów i rozpoczęcie sprzedaży z pominięciem barier terytorialnych. W perspektywie rozwoju firmy najbardziej chłonnym rynkiem staną się odbiorcy z branży motoryzacyjnej rozwiniętych krajów Europy Zachodniej, w tym w szczególności Wielkiej Brytanii, gdzie pozyskano już wstępne deklaracje do nawiązania trwałej współpracy. Proces świadczenia usług, w wyniku którego uruchamiana jest produkcja obejmuje: wstępny szkic stylistyczny; prace koncepcyjne w zakresie wykonalności technicznej szkicu; prace rozwojowe w zakresie optymalizacji produktu; budowa prototypu i przeprowadzenie testów. W celu realizacji projektu i osiągnięcia rezultatów zaplanowano: zakup sprzętu i oprogramowania IT, działania marketingowe, doposażenie biura. Wykorzystane zostaną zasoby ludzkie (konstruktorzy, koordynatorzy), lokalowe (ok. 50 m2 pow. użytkowej biura) i zewnętrzne (m.in. prawne, księgowe, ochrona własności). (Polish)

The project includes the creation of an innovative construction office in the country, which deals with the design of bodyworks and prototypes for the automotive industry on the basis of light composite materials. The project envisages the implementation of fully responsive services for the comprehensive design and modeling of complex composite bodywork elements, which, in view of existing competition (limiting design services to individual parts) should be considered as a significant distinguishing feature, representing a key competitive advantage. The idea fits directly into the “One Stop Solution” principle, responding to the industry’s problems associated with the fragmentation of orders. Our autonomy and independence will foster interest from potential contractors, aiming at eliminating side orders and maintaining full control of the production process (hardened with many suppliers). Advanced construction office, located in Jasionka at the address 954E (in the SEZ) and the form of service provision, based on the use of ICT technology, will allow to attract customers and start sales without territorial barriers. In the perspective of the company’s development, the most absorbent market will become customers from the automotive industry developed Western European countries, in particular the UK, where initial declarations have already been obtained to establish lasting cooperation. The process of provision of services by which production is triggered shall include: an initial stylistic sketch; conceptual work on the technical feasibility of the sketch; development work on product optimisation; build a prototype and run tests. In order to implement the project and achieve results, the following are planned: purchase of IT hardware and software, marketing activities, office retrofitting. Human resources (constructors, coordinators), housing (approx. 50 m² of usable office area) and external (including legal, accounting, property protection). (English)
