Celem głównym projektu jest podniesienie i rozwinięcie kompetencji cyfrowych dorosłych mieszkańców gmin wiejskich i miejsko-wiejskich woj. kujawsko-pomorskiego i łódzkiego. Cele szczegółowe to m.in.: 1) propagowanie wśród beneficjentów korzystania z e-administracji; 2) podniesienie kompetencji cyfrowych uczestników szkoleń; 3) propagowanie internetu jako przydatnego w życiu codziennym narzędzia; 4) promowanie wśród dorosłych mieszkańców gmin objętych projektem idei uczenia się przez całe życie ("long-life learning"). Cele te będą osiągnięte przez udzielenie grantów dla gmin na przeprowadzenie szkoleń wg opracowanych przez nas scenariuszy, które zostanie poprzedzone działaniami promocyjnymi. Dla osiągnięcia jak najlepszych efektów szkoleniowych instruktorzy zgłoszeni przez grantobiorców będą objęci wsparciem kadry trenerskiej. Postępy w realizacji będą mierzone na bieżąco, a część mikroprojektów będzie monitorowane w ramach wizyt. Projektem objętych zostanie 3900 osób. (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to improve and develop the digital skills of adult residents of rural and urban-rural communes of Kujawsko-Pomeranian and Łódź Voivodeships. The specific objectives include: 1) promoting the use of eGovernment among beneficiaries; 2) enhancing the digital competence of training participants; 3) Promoting the Internet as a useful tool in everyday life; 4) promoting long-life learning among adults in municipalities covered by the project. These objectives will be achieved by granting grants to municipalities to carry out training according to scenarios developed by us, which will be preceded by promotional activities. In order to achieve the best possible training results, the instructors submitted by the grantees will be supported by the coaching staff. Progress in implementation will be measured on an ongoing basis and some of the microprojects will be monitored through visits. The project will cover 3900 people. (English)
