Projekt obejmuje budowę 49 niezależnych podobszarów w architekturze FTTH dla 13 116 gospodarstw domowych oraz zapewnienie dostępu do Internetu dla 197 placówek oświatowych z obszaru inowrocławskiego. Istotą projektu jest wyeliminowanie terytorialnych różnic w możliwości dostępu do szerokopasmowego Internetu o wysokich przepustowościach poprzez zaoferowanie usług hurtowych świadczonych przy wykorzystaniu wybudowanej infrastruktury dostępowej. The essence of the project is to eliminate territorial differences in high-capacity broadband internet access by offering wholesale services provided using built-in access infrastructure. (English)
