Przedsięwzięcie jest I etapem rewitalizacji zespołu budynków Młyna Rothera, który stanowi ostatni element prac inwestycyjnych służących przywróceniu świetności Wyspy Młyńskiej. Niniejszy projekt polega na ochronie dziedzictwa kulturowego jakim jest zabytek Spichrza Zbożowego i na nadaniu mu nowej funkcji kulturalno-edukacyjnej. W ramach Projektu przeprowadzone zostaną prace budowlano – konserwatorskie w Spichrzu Zbożowym, wpisanym do rejestru zabytków województwa kujawsko – pomorskiego pod numerem A/328/8 (zmieniono na A/773/8) o powierzchni zabudowy 1 008,03 m2 i kubaturze 18 943,15 m3. Zakupione zostaną również niezbędne do prowadzenia działalności kulturalno – edukacyjnej sprzęt i wyposażenie. Realizacja Projektu stworzy warunki do prezentacji atrakcyjnej oferty kulturalnej adresowanej do szerokiego spectrum odwiedzających, uwzględniającej różne zainteresowania oraz poziomy kompetencji odbiorców. W ramach Projektu planowana jest oferta kulturalno – edukacyjna obejmująca strefę relaksu - „Ogrody Wody. Stany Skupienia”. Zaplanowano również salę wielofunkcyjną z możliwością wydzielenia mniejszych przestrzeni na organizację biura festiwalowego, wystaw czasowych, warsztatów, konferencji, pokazów oraz salę audiowizualną i strefę partycypacji przeznaczoną na wystawy czasowe. The project is the first stage of revitalisation of the building complex of Mill Rother, which is the last element of investment works to restore the glory of the Mill Island. This project consists of the preservation of the cultural heritage, which is the monument of the Grains and to give it a new cultural and educational function. As part of the project, construction and conservation works will be carried out in the Grain Grain, entered in the register of monuments of the Kujawsko-Pomeranian Voivodeship under number A/328/8 (changed to A/773/8) with an area of 1008.03 m² and a cubicle of 18943.15 m³. Equipment and equipment necessary for cultural and educational activities will also be purchased. The implementation of the Project will create the conditions for presenting an attractive cultural offer addressed to a wide spectrum of visitors, taking into account different interests and levels of competence of the recipients. The project includes a cultural and educational offer covering the relaxation zone – "Wood Gardens. The States of Focus. There is also a multifunctional hall with the possibility of separating smaller spaces for the organisation of the festival office, temporary exhibitions, workshops, conferences, demonstrations, as well as an audiovisual hall and a participatory zone dedicated to temporary exhibitions.
