Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 28 rozporządzenia Komisji nr 651/2014. W projekcie Wnioskodawca zrealizuje inwestycję początkową poprzez zakup środka trwałego w celu wdrożenia innowacyjnej, zautomatyzowanej usługi czyszczenia przewodów wiertniczych w obiegu zamkniętym, przyjaznej środowisku, bezpiecznej dla ludzi, tańszej i mniej czasochłonnej oraz skorzystać z usług proinnowacyjnych. Wdrażanie innowacji przebiegać będzie w 2 zadaniach: 1. Planowanie i realizacja wdrożenia innowacji, 2.Zakończenie, wdrożenia i monitoring. W ramach zad. nr 1 w okresie 01.10.2018-30.04.2019 przewiduje się: 1. Analiza alternatywnych ścieżek rozwoju poprzez wdrażanie innowacji 2. Uszczegółowienie i ocena wybranej ścieżki rozwoju związanej z wdrażaniem innowacji 3. Przygotowanie szczegółowego modelu finansowego dla opracowywanej lub wdrażanej innowacji 4. Identyfikacja i mapowanie kluczowych procesów biznesowych związanych z wdrażaniem innowacji, ich modyfikacja i optymalizacja 5. Pomoc w opracowaniu dokumentacji funkcjonalnej lub technicznej niezbędnej do wdrożenia innowacji 6. Analiza ryzyka wdrożenia innowacji 7. Doradztwo i pomoc w opracowaniu i przeprowadzeniu pilotażowego wdrożenia innowacji 8. Doradztwo w zarządzaniu własnością intelektualną, w tym w zakresie ochrony praw własności intelektualnej, badania stanu techniki i czystości patentowej 9. Inwestycja początkowa - zakup środka trwałego, umożliwiającego uruchomienie innowacyjnej usługi W ramach zad. nr 2 w okresie 01.03.2019-31.10.2019 dotyczącego zakończenia wdrożenia monitoringu przewiduje się: 10.Opracowanie strategii marketingowej dla wyrobu będącego przedmiotem innowacji 11.Doradztwo, pomoc i szkolenia w pełnym wdrożeniu innowacji 12.Doradztwo w zakresie rozwoju zasobów ludzkich związanych z wdrażaniem innowacji 13.Pozostałe uzasadnione doradztwo niezbędne do wdrożenia innowacji 14.Monitorowanie i ocena efektów wdrożenia innowacji .... The implementation of innovation will take place in 2 tasks: 1. Planning and implementation of innovation implementation, 2.Completion, implementation and monitoring. For the period 01.10.2018-30.04.2019, the following are foreseen under Ref. No 1: 1. Analysis of alternative development pathways through the implementation of innovations 2. Detailing and evaluating the chosen development path related to the implementation of innovation 3. Preparation of a detailed financial model for the innovation being developed or implemented 4. Identification and mapping of key business processes related to the implementation of innovations, their modification and optimisation 5. Assistance in developing the functional or technical documentation necessary for the implementation of innovations 6. Risk Analysis of Innovation 7. Advice and assistance in developing and carrying out pilot innovation implementation 8. Consultancy in the management of intellectual property, including intellectual property rights protection, examination of the state of technology and patent purity 9. Initial investment – purchase of a fixed asset enabling the launch of an innovative service As part of the No. 2 for the period 01.03.2019-31.10.2019 for the completion of the monitoring implementation, it is envisaged: 10.Developing a marketing strategy for the product subject to innovation 11.Advice, assistance and training in the full implementation of innovation 12.Advice on the development of human resources related to the implementation of innovation 13.Other reasonable advice necessary for the implementation of innovations 14.Monitoring and evaluating the results of innovation implementation....
