Przedmiotem projektu są prace rozwojowe mające na celu weryfikację i dopracowanie kompozycji materiałowej i konstrukcyjnej Luksusowych Paneli Winylowych, tzw. LVT oraz wdrożenie w warunkach produkcyjnych technologii produkcji paneli spełniających warunek „bezftalanowy i emisja poniżej granicy oznaczalności” i będących w pełni materiałem podlegającym recyklingowi. Nowa technologia produkcji składa się z następujących procesów: - technologii prasowania warstwy spodniej z granulatu wyprodukowanego we własnym zakresie, - kalandrowania folii do druku i warstwy użytkowej, - drukowania rotograwiurą z użyciem farb wodno-rozpuszczalnych, - zgrzewanie w procesie ciągłym warstwy spodniej, folii zadrukowanej i użytkowej, - moletowania z rejestrem tzw. „Embossing in Register”, - cięcia na prasie wykrawającej w celu uzyskania paneli ze zgrzanych warstw, - obróbka paneli w celu uzyskania „systemu click” łączącego panele w trakcie ich instalacji. W wyniku projektu na rynek zostanie wprowadzony panel podłogowy LVT przeznaczony do użytkowania w szczególnie wymagających warunkach o dużym natężeniu ruchu, w szczególności w budynkach użyteczności publicznej takich jak sieci handlowe i sklepy. The subject of the project is development work aimed at verifying and perfecting the material and construction composition of Luxury Winyl Panels, so-called. LVT and the implementation in the production conditions of the production technologies of panels meeting the condition “naphthalate and emissions below the limit of quantification” and which are fully recycled material. The new production technology consists of the following processes: — technology of pressing underlays made of granules, – calendering of film for printing and application layer, – rotogravure printing using water-soluble inks, – welding in the continuous process of the bottom layer, printed and usable film, – moleting with a register of so-called. “Embossing in Register” – cutting on the punching press to obtain panels from heated layers – processing panels to obtain a click system connecting panels during installation. As a result of the project, the LVT floor panel will be marketed for use in particularly demanding conditions with high traffic, in particular in public buildings such as retail chains and shops.
